Home delivery become ‘go bus stop collect’. He was around my area before the delivery time slot but i was out for lunch. Didnt want to take liability so he said cone back after his lunch. Then, gave excuses like traffic was very hard n he was late for other deliveries. In thats the case, why didnt u plan n eat near by??? So i suggested change of delivery schedule, he said i will have to borne the penalty??? So what u want??? Dont want to turn into my carpark to deliver to doorstep as stated! Insisted me to go out of my way to the bus stop to wait for him and collect 2 kettlebells like an idiot. Dont allow me to reschedule just because he refuse to send to my doorstep… made me wait for him under the sun for more than 15 min at the bus stop while he kept texting me reaching? Reply: Customer recovery is prompt and assuring. Kettlebells received in good conditions and feels of high quality. Thank u

Bought a 28kg Pro-grade Kettlebell: 1) Delivery - delivered one day after my online order 2) Product quality - kettlebell has excellent paint finishing with stainless steel handle (rust proof) with electroplated texture for great grip. 3) Price pricing- slightly higher than the competition, but the quality more than makes up for it 4) Service - lastly, the service was great - seller was patient and took time to clarify my queries. Great experience 👍 would definitely buy again if I had the need.

** UPDATE**: my Movement First yoga mat has fallen apart just after a month of use - dropping 2 stars for quality. Original review: Ordered twice from them and they've been prompt and professional throughout, even doing next-day deliveries. Recommended!

Friendly staff that listens to what I say patiently and advised accordingly to what I need Even though they may be slightly more expensive than other brands but the service provided and quality are worth 10 stars!

Best alternative to SBD I have ever found. Use the quick release weight belt for over 2 years now and I'm really satisfied with the fit, snug and durability.
