First time here with great experience even though I never get my racket with them due to no stock. All rackets here are displayed for you to do comparison and even dry swing. Crew here are friendly and shared their customer’s experience with some of the rackets and give some sounded advice. Well done…

Was looking for a shop where my son can browse the grips wanted to visit the 2badminton shop at tampines but saw the bad review and decided to visit smashmax! Located beside the famous 511 hawker centre. Had a great dinner before we popped by. Best things is they close rather late compare to normal badminton shop. Very friendly and nice ppl in the shop. Bought my 2 son to change the badminton grip they offer to change for me. They remove the old layer plus the original layer and added a plastic layer before wrapping the new grip in. My 2 son love it! Thanks for the great service and reasonable priced too! Definitely coming back for future badminton needs!

They were introduced to me by my badminton "kakis". Went there to restring my old racquet but ended up buying a new Yonex. The sisters are very knowledgeable, very patient, seems genuine and honest. And excellent customer service. Highly recommended if you are looking to buy anything related to racquet sports; tennis, pickleball.

Decided to get a new racket very last min. placed my order at 6pm and got it strung+gripped at 11pm at the same day. Owner travelled from Bedok to deliver my racket. Really appreciate the effort! Enjoying my new racket now!

The staff working there were really friendly and helpful in helping me look for my desired racket (victor tk tty). one of them could even speak dialects and were really fluent in it. would honestly come here and buy rackets. the rackets were sold at reasonable and affordable prices but were definitely out of my budget. the staff was really understanding as i showed a shocking face when they were explaining the prices of the rackets. im going back in another week to see and buy the victor racket. really hope they have the stencil to help me draw the logo 🙏. but other than these, the service was really outstanding 👍

Visited on 11/6/2021. Store owner was very friendly, patient and helpful to a clueless new badminton player like myself. Gave several recommendations to me based on my budget. No hard selling, no being pushy. Gave me time to make my decision. Upon purchase also provided stringing and gripping service in about 15 mins!
