The gym move to a new place from a high floor went great and the guys refreshed the gym really good along the way. Also a great bunch and was a pleasure working with them. They helped make sure everything was set up at the right place and set it up well! Beautiful flooring install as well!

Excellent customer service. I did not realise that the showroom was closed on Thu when I whatsapp Sole sales to visit. The boss turned up on his day off and entertained all our queries. The service team that delivered and installed were also very professional. This is our 2nd treadmill purchase.

Got a SOLE F85 from Sole Fitness several months back. The purchase was fuss free from quotation to installation and now maintenance work. Mr Benny provided prompt advice and assistance from the point of enquiry, and his team were punctual and efficient on the day of the installation. They were very helpful with the disposal of old equipment, and were neat, professional, and considerate when installing the new treadmill. Appreciate the help, and highly recommended. Would definitely purchase from Sole Fitness again - this current purchase is already a second one, and Sole Fitness also helps to maintain our first treadmill wonderfully. Many thanks!

I enquired about rental while I was overseas through WhatsApp and the response was prompt & clear. When I arrived and sent to my SDF, I contacted SoleFitness again on a Sat night and they responded - my treadmill showed up on Mon. During the week, I had a message showing up on the display, I asked and was answered instantly. Then I have an unexpected shortening of SHN and again, contacted SoleFitness on a Sunday - responded and even refunded on the same day. Kudos to you and whoever that was manning the WhatsApp - very prompt and clear responses, very timely help for the "helpless" under quarantine. Equipment is good, service excellent Highly recommended !

I am a regular customer of solefitness.sg and honestly they have the best customer services when you attend their showroom.. they carried inspire fitness brand which I feel that this is one of the best brand for home gym equipment.. I own FT2 and inspire strider cs3 and a few attachment from sole fitness... so far, I was very satisfied with all equipment purchased and there is no much wear and tear after few years The delivery staffs are also friendly and handle your items with care.. even their display set is exactly like brand new sets.. Buy from sole fitness and you have no regrets.. I am international certified fitness trainer and I can certain that they carried high quality and functional equipment for muscle building and fat loss
