Excellent service and knowledge on products. They tried to balance and match the rackets equally in specs without even requesting for it. Appreciate it. For International buyers they are a trusted dealer. Well packed and fast shipping. They can improve on the range of items and website. Came in to buy racquets for my wife and myself and got fantastic service and attention to detail. We were talked through the different aspects of each racquet and what might suit each of our individual games. We were also given advice on what type of strings to use (the stringing service is free or charge when you buy a racquet) and then staff were super knowledgeable and friendly

SMEs (esp those that specialize) need our support. Friendly store folks do their best, we should follow suit. Stocks well curated products from the plethora of often similar duplicated options out there and backs it up with guidance, so if you need to only choose from a curated list, head to them without hesitation.

As a beginner buying 2 new rackets - the staff here were super helpful and took their time to educate me on the ins and outs of selecting a new racket. Superb and highly recommended.

Staff were friendly but the guys has stringing jobs to do and customers to attend. So jumping here and there. Overall helpful. Restringing seems a bit expensive. Overall satisfied.
