My husband and I were at the self check out and while we were packing our purchase, the bottle of olive oil was knocked off the counter n smashed, spilling oil and glass chards all over. We felt really bad and tried to pickup the loose shards but Rohaya came to our assistance and was kind and professional and did not make us feel bad about the incident. Her kindness and professionalism impressed us! Thank you Rohaya!

The cashier and her colleagues/ in charge were very helpful and had initiative when I went back to look for my lost card . I just want to acknowledge and thank them for their patience and positive attitudes with a smile.

This is the best thing that happen here...and with a good business plan. Staff speak English (different from staff at the previous tenant). Good spread of merchandise for the residents here. Love the cheese deli that saved the day more than a few times. Finest at Raffles HV is a hit from day one. And they don't keep changing the layout or move the checkout like the last supermarket operator. Vegetables are fresh and also priced competitively.

Despite the shop size not being big, I was impressed by how it has so many offerings. The ingredients were fresh like the vegetables and meat. The layout was amazing too and easy to navigate for shoppers. Additionally, the staff service were amazing. I am impressed.
