One of my preferred place to shop for groceries . Usually rather well stocked , I find it has good selection of both fresh food and groceries

Two staff were exceptional. Ng Lay Eng and Alfred. I checked the stocks for an item essential for our reunion before heading to Thomson Plaza. There wasnt any stocks displayed and the person who was refilling stocks said it was not available. I tried my luck to query Ng who looked for Alfred to help. He found the stocks in the receiving dept and handed me what i needed. So grateful for such kind service! Dated 6/2/2024

Thoroughly enjoy the level of service by the cashier aunties. The assortment is great, and variety is wide. Supermarket is large enough. Has a live butcher and a sushi station inside too. Frequent here for fresh vegetables, fruits, and meat. Quality is tip top, although it's at a slight premium. Moved around the area and managed to start out my place with items, ingredients, and sauces purchased from here! Very happy with it overall.

This branch is located on 2nd level and not very big. But products they offer are quite complete. Most items are quite sought after and are branded, thus the name Finest... Almost all necessities you need can be found here, even festive decor, fix it yourself tools, wine cellar, etc. There are self check out counters as well as manned counters. If need help, there is a reception counter for you by the exit.

Went to ntuc finest on Sunday, 30 April 2023, to buy some groceries and chanced upon several ice cream brands on promotion. I used the self-service kiosk but there were some issues with the items. So I approached the 'customer service' section and shared my concerns with a staff, Mdm Chan Kwan Ang, who was already busy with her other customers wanting to redeem free gift items. My situation had nothing to do with Mdm Chan. No doubt I caused an inconvenience, but Mdm Chan was calm and composed throughout and did not give me an attitude. She said she was unsure as she was not in-charge of the ice cream promotion but still made her way to the ice cream section to check out the promotional item and rectified my situation. Despite other customers waiting, she was very patient and ensured that my issues were resolved before moving on to other customers. The whole transaction was smooth. Since I was having the ice cream tubs in ntuc finest plastic bags, Mdm Chan was considerate enough to give me a free silver cooler bag and placed the ice creams well to ensure that the ice creams are still kept frozen. Although she said it's her duty to serve her customers and that it was not necessary for a compliment, I think such acts of kindness must be appreciated, hence this 5-star review for Mdm Chan Kwan Ang of ntuc finest, Thomson Plaza. Hope the younger staff working in all the ntuc stores can learn a thing or two on good customer service skills from Mdm Chan.

Love this branch. Less crowded than the Junction 8 branch but has a good range of premium groceries as well. Watch out for sales items as they really offer value for money.

This morning at 9.30 am, I was at the Deli section trying to buy roast meat. I stood there for a long time and nobody attended to me. The workers did not notice that I was standing there for quite a long while. I strongly suggest that you put a "bell" at the counter for customer to get better service.

A fine supermarket with all the essentials that you need stocked under one roof-groceries, frozen produce, fruits n veggies-freshly brought in everyday from a local and overseas sources-tidbits as well as household goods and bathroom and hygiene essentials, all of which are retailed at attractively reasonable prices. There is also delivery service availabe for customers who cannot manage to carry their purchases home themselves-say for instance if they buy in bulk. Their cashiers are also friendly and helpful. There is even a self-checkout option for shoppers with small purchases who wish to skip the hassle of queuing up for payment at the cashier.

This fair price finest outlet supermarket is quite big, not so crowded like the Nex branch. There are not much parking space at Thompson plaza, but it's enough for the neighbourhood. It has everything you need for your groceries shopping. 😊 shopping 🍎 🍊 🍖 🥩 🥗 🍅

Hi, I visited fair price Thomson Plaza very often. I found one of your staff to be very helpful and honest. Recently I went to your 4D section to buy 4D ticket. Your staff Liew Wei Fong who was in charge. I forgot to collect one of the ticket. She could not find me but kept the ticket. The next day she returned the ticket to me .I thank her for her honesty. Now the Thomson Shopping Center has completely renovated the food court, which is beautiful and beautiful. It has also added many new shops. It has a variety of choices. It is clean, comfortable and affordable. The market is not a good place to choose. But it has not yet been fully renovated. It will take another one or two months. The New Year is already here. The Eighth Route Railway is a very good place for leisure
