I needed to get 2 sets of learning resources urgently for a friend who runs a school in a developing country and who will be flying off soon. Kelly went out of her way to deliver the resources to me at an agreed location on a Saturday (a non-operating day). Communication with her via SMS was very smooth. She also gave me additional discount when she noticed that one box had a little hole on it (which doesn’t affect the use of the resources). 5 stars for the great customer service.
