There are many helpful staff here, except for this Malay guy which I gave many chances. First time was giving me wrong info on the product. Second time was being very rude to an elderly customer who had bought a radio device and had difficulty tuning into a radio station. He was mocking at the elderly over a radio channel which actually existed but because of his ignorance he chose to belittle and laugh at the auntie. Third time was today where I was skipped in a queue. It was not crowded and there was no one in front of me. I was right in front of him and placed my items nicely on the counter. However, he was mesmerized by a China lady and chose to serve her before me. Apparently, this Malay guy got different attitude towards different customer audience. Send him to another outlet please. You don’t need him here.
