Highly recommend! Been supporting them almost 10 years and glad to see them expanding their business to ntuc as well! Will continue to support them. Love their chive pork dumplings, cabbage pork dumplings, chive chicken dumplings, chive & egg box, Xiao long BAO and more!! All hand make! Tips of cooking dumpling is 1) filled your pot 60% of water. 2) boiled to 70degree (when you start seeing small bubble) 3) add some salt and cooking oil (but I prefer sesame oil) to prevent the skin stick tgt. 4) add your desire quantity of dumplings (rmb to stir your soup of dumplings else it will stick to the base of the pot and the dumplings skin will burst, den you will lose the good taste of the dumpling) 5) once the water boiled, add 200-250ml (estimate half cup) of water to the boiling pot 6) turn the fire to low and boiled it 7) once boiled. Add another 200-250ml of water again 8) when your soup boiled, it is time to bring it up 9) enjoy while it hot! You can serve it dry or soup. If soup I would recommend to boiled the soup separately and serve on the cooked dumpling to prevent the soup got flour-y taste. You are all set now. Hope you enjoy. Above is my grandpa way of cooking frozen dumplings. No judgement please. *To add on, do not thaw frozen dumplings, else it will turn out horrible.
