This place definitely deserved 5 stars!!!! I sent my palladium shoes for repair on the Friday, and received message on Saturday night that it's ready! WHOA!!!! My palladium shoes soles came out . And i just have to find the right craftsman to do the job. I searched around a few places and decided to try this instead because of a good review. Seriously, i have no regrets! My shoes are beautifully sawn and as good as new. Mr Ken is really good and the work is neat! Highly recommended !!!!

Ken was so helpful and obliging in helping me fix my bag. I approached many others who turned me away because they did not want to go the extra mile in stitching the inner tear of my cabin bag. He even hand stitched the tear because my bag could not fit their machine and the stitches were neat and perfect and it looks like new. I was so impressed that he managed to do so within 24 hours as I needed to use the bag for work. Thank you so much Ken. I highly recommend Mister Mint at EastPoint. He is one dedicated man! Shoe-saver! My leather sneaker’s sole was about to give away despite not much wear-and-tear. Went to Mister Minit, shop owner was very helpful and explained the repair process so we as customers can better understand the shoes. Also received some good advice to maintaining leatherette shoes. Will visit again!

They did a wonderful job to one of my shoes. The stitches are neatly done. Juxtaposed it with the other side of the pair that was done by a diffeent cobbler, who just enforced wirh glue and nails. Pleasant customer service experience
