Was looking for a place to add on anti slip soles for my new sandals, enquired a few other places with very steep pricing and was happy to find this store with fairly reasonable pricing at $60 per pair and fast turnaround time of 1.5 hours! Good and fuss free service!

The sole of my favourite pair of shoes gave way suddenly and I chanced upon this store which is near my office location. Took a train down to the shop immediately and got the soles replaced. Very fast and impressive service! This is a dying trade and not easy to get quality shoe repair service. Hugo and his colleague are really professional and experienced. Highly recommended!

Steve from the Service Team is very helpful. I shared with him the complicated keys I want to duplicate. Also, one locksmith ever tried 3 times but have to refund me as the duplicated key simply won't work. He recommended Hugo at Holland Village outlet. Hugo is really experienced. All 3 keys are perfect and done in 15 mins👍👍👍.
