I came to the shop looking for a replacement for one of the screws on my bag, which is a really difficult task to do and I have not had success in many places, including the original brand boutique. The shop owner didn’t give up after not being able to find one in his box of loose screws, and dug through the items in his shop that might contain a screw that fits. And he did find it. That’s above and beyond service and speaks for the level of experience they have for all kinds of repairs. Thank you for saving my bag :)

Sam and his Brother are the best. I’ve been a loyal customer for more than 10yrs... and trust only them with my shoes. Adding that Sam has amazing memory and always seem to know where everyone’s shoes are despite not having a formal filing system.
