Thank you, AQ Travel, for your exceptional service during our Umrah from 14 Aug - 24 Aug 2024. Our family is thoroughly satisfied with the experience. The professionalism in handling all jemaah, the care and timely reminders, and the support from mutawif, Ustaz Abdullah Askar, were truly commendable. The mutawif guided us well during Umrah and ziarah, ensuring nothing was overlooked, and provided insightful explanations of historic sites. The staff, Rini and Faiz, were attentive and made sure all our needs were met. We are truly grateful for everything. InshaAllah, we look forward to joining another Umrah with AQ Travel in the future. May Allah give you success and bless you all with barakah.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ AQ Travel was not even in our list when we were searching for our first Umrah Package. We were looking at others that were more 'trending' and 'popular'. Then we came across AQ Travel, offering an Umrah package with Ustaz Farid Ravi, who was a familiar figure to us, having watched him on TV Al-Hijrah. I have to be honest, that was the main reason (at that point) to choose AQ. Alhamdulillah, it was a blessing and we definitely made the right choice. This being our first Umrah, Hj Yacob ensured that my family was ok and comfortable. He would constantly check on us through out the whole trip. MasyaAllah. Some (which I can remember at this point of writing) of the little gestures that made our trip meaningful: - we literally didn't touch our big luggages after we checked them in at SG airport, till we arrived at Mekkah hotel. Likewise with our travel to Madinah and then back to SG. Efficient porter services arranged by AQ. - we were welcomed with flowers, fruit juice and air zamzam. - they got the sim card vendor to come on board our bus so that it was hassle free for us, the moment we landed at Jeddah airport - many unplanned activities which really helped first timers like us. On one of the days, Hj Yacob actually asked the jemaah, "Ada sesiapa nak pegang Kaabah? Ada sesiapa yang nak masuk Hijir Ismail? Malam ni kita try. Jumpa 9.30pm lobby." That was what he did, literally brought us to the Kaabah, guided our way through and ensuring each one of us got to touch / kiss the Kaabah... and later brought us into the ever challenging queue to enter Hijir Ismail. It was a very special and sacred moment. To summarise, travelling with AQ really felt personal and I didn't feel like I was a client. Thank you Hj Yacob, Brother Sadiq, Sis Hasni, Sis Rinny, Mutawiffs Ust Abdullah Askar and Ust Hasbi. Jazakumullah Khair. May your business grow and prosper. Aameen.

Alhamdulillah grp AQ's 11/9 -19/9/23 Swiss safely home n rested...😴😴😴 I take this opportunity to extend my appreciation to Mdm Hasni n her 2 helpful young assistances - Faiz & Faizah. They r always within sights n reach to render helping hands whenever needed. I must add that they r respectful & professional towards e elders (e young ones included) that makes e whole trip pleasant n enjoyable. *stomach never go hungry* - ☺️👍 TQ -AQ.

Excellent service with personal touch. My parents went for hajj with them, and has nothing but praises for their service and attentiveness towards their pilgrims. Everyone in the group was highly satisfied with their exceptional service. Highly recommended.

Assalamualaikum everyone…. Alhamdulillah we left safely & returned home safely. Thousands of infinite thanks that I and my family would like to say to the *AQ team*, for all the efforts to make this Umrah trip a success... thank you for taking good care of us all, caring about our needs, guiding us as well, & accompanying us throughout our worship.
