I am writing to express my heartfelt gratitude for the wonderful trip to Yunnan with DJ AB Shaik. First and foremost, I would like to thank our Singapore tour leader, William. His dedication to taking care of us, ensuring our safety and health, and organizing a wonderful gala dinner was truly commendable. His efforts made our trip smooth and enjoyable. I would also like to extend my thanks to Vicky for her excellent guidance throughout our journey. Her knowledge about Yunnan’s culture and her ability to showcase the beauty of the region enriched our experience significantly. Lastly, I want to thank Chan Brother Travel for organizing this remarkable trip. The selection of sightseeing spots was excellent, and the entire journey was well-planned, ensuring we had a memorable and enjoyable experience. Thank you once again for making this trip unforgettable.

Yunnan trip (7 days) which was held last June 2024 by Chan's World Holidays was enjoyable and great exposure for cultural exchange experience. The itinerary is quite packed with day activities and gala dinner but the shopping experience was too short for two hours. The event planning team should look into it and reshuffle the Muslim mosque village to the second day as introduction or others.

#HappyHolidayMemories Korea Muslim tour 9 Dec to 15 Dec 24 Mr Wilson our tour leader is very helpful to carry our luggage and to take care of everyone of us and help to take photo for our memory. Once l lost my way he will quickly fetch me to the bus. So much appreciated. Ms Jennifer our tour leader is also very concern about our prayer time and she is very understanding and concern about our ablution. she will always take good care of us. Thank you Chan’s World Holidays. Will definitely come back to take your tour again.

Just came back from 8 days Yunnan with Warna 94.2 DJ AB Shaik. My 4th DJ trip with them. This time was the biggest group, 6 busses. I was a bit annoyed at first when I find out that 6 busses (abt 170 ppl) are going to Yunnan. Imagine of how chaotic it will be. But to my surprise, this is the best and well organized check-in hotel I've experienced with them. I hardly feel like I'm travelling with 170 ppl. Many thanks to William, our Bus 1 Tour Leader👍🏻for his hard work and coordinating well for us from the first day to our last day. Accommodating to our need and going to the extra miles. We had an enjoyable time in Yunnan. Also thanks to Vicky, our Yunnan guide for making us understand the people and cultural of Yunnan. Thank you CWH.

It covers most of Melbourne, Great Ocean Road, Phillip Island & Yarra Valley 2) The Great Ocean Road Bus Ride were simply breathtaking. One of the world’s most scenic coastal drives. 3) The spectacular scenery from the sky... Helicopter Ride. The 12 Apostles, the grandeur of the Great Ocean Road, the majestic waves, best of Victoria’s Shipwreck Coast. Speechless... 4) The Penguin Parade were adorable. Simply watching the penguins waddle home from the ocean to their burrows were amazing. 5) Optional Tour - Replacement for Puffy Billy Train AUD135 per person 5a) Places of interest: - Fitzroy Garden - St Patrick's Cathedral - Chadstone Mall - DFO 5b) The 13 seater van was a disaster. The suspension of the van was faulty. Each time the van travels fast or run into a hump, it jerks. This cause pain to my lower back. 5c) When Ms Jennifer feedback to the driver, he mentioned that we were used to seat in a coach bus, hence there is a difference. 5d) Please DONOT insult our intelligence. We own cars in Singapore... 5e) During the Turkey Trip, we had a van that drove us around as there were only 11 pax in the group. It was clean, comfortable and we did not have such problems. 5f) Clearly, passing sweeping statements reflect badly on CBT. 5g) The places of interests covered in the Optional Tour were good. 8/10 5h) The driver & van experience were a disaster. 0/10 6) CAPTIVATING EXPERIENCE & SIGHTS Melbourne - Werribee Open Range Zoo - Arts Centre - Brighton Bathing Boxes - Yarra River - Hosier Lane - Queen Victoria Market - Royal Arcade - High Tea @Block Arcade Great Ocean Road - Loch Ard Gorge - The Grotto - London Bridge - 12 Apostles Phillip Island - Warrook Farm - Penguin Parade Yarra Valley - Rayner's Orchard - Yarra Valley Chocolaterie & Ice Creamery - Local winery TOUR MANAGER & DRIVER 7) Ms Jennifer Cheong was caring, conscientious, sincere and helpful. 8) She took care of our needs. She checked on us individually DAILY on how we were doing and if there was anything that we needed. 9) Ms Jennifer even arrange for a buggy for my elderly husband and myself when we went for the Penguin Parade. Extremely thoughtful... 10) Mr Tomo the coach driver was accommodating. CUSTOMER SERVICE (CS) STAFF 11) Mr Jay Lim was the CS Staff that took care of our Account. He did the pre-briefing for us face to face in the office. He ensure that our needs were taken care of. He was caring, conscientious, meticulous, sincere and helpful. I recently went to a 8D 7N trip to Korea with Chan's World Holidays together with Oli 96.8 DJ Guna Anneh. It is my fourth time travelling together with Chan's World Holidays. The trip was very enjoyable and I loved the tour's itinerary and the way it was planned out and coordinated well by Egbert bro. We Indians, mostly do not really eat Korean food but Egbert bro and the other tour leaders took the initiative to find Indian restaurants for us. JJ Aunty who was our bus A tour leader took good care of us from day 1 till we reached Singapore after the trip. Uncle Wind, who was our Korean tour guide was very knowledgeable about the attractions that he brought us to visit and shared with us some interesting facts about Korea and we even joked around in the bus. I have even made friends outside from bus A where we spent time playing the rides and exploring the zoo together in the theme park. And not forgetting Guna anneh who made the trip even more enjoyable where we played some games together and he even shared with us some of the moments he had in Oli. Overall, this trip is definitely a memorable one for us and we will come back for the future tours with Chan's World Holidays. With love, Thanga Akalyaa Devi

This is the 4th round we are travelling with Chan World Holidays. This time to S Korea. When it comes to care and concern, Betty Moh is always there to take care of us. This time she surprised me and my hubby with a wedding day gift and a card which she made herself. ❤️❤️❤️Oh dear Betty! She touched our hearts, remembering our wedding anniversary which actually was the day of our Korea trip. The food was good. We get to enjoy the special dish, ginseng chicken soup. She takes care of each and everyone of us. She even makes sure that couples are always together and hold each other's hands🤩🤩. She is a quick decision maker, that speaks her experience 👏🏼👏🏼 The next person I must mention is Egbert Kheng our Tour Coordinator. His great efforts in organising the venue for the gala dinner is commendable. The venue was very posh and graceful. To make our memories treasurable, Egbert has coordinated with the Korean Cultural group to sing for us some beautiful songs. Egbert look into even the tiny things that his customers needed. I wanted to buy some kpop cards for my students but don't know about kpop at all. Egbert came immediately to help me choose, though he wad also buying things for his family in that crowded mart. Thanks Egbert🙏🏻🙏🏻 Our local guide in Bus B, Mr John Yoon is an amazing person. He is a kind gentleman who is very patient and makes sures everyone is there before he starts off to the next destination. Though he has left his family and small children for five days he never forgets to smile at each and everyone of us. In the bus, he teaches us simple Korean and even sings a Korean song to entertain us. Though we were in Bus B, the local guide Mr Jay Yoon in Bus C, was seen helping a senior citizen lady using a walking stick. And Snr John who was guiding Bus A people was very kind and gentle. Despite of his seniority, he dance with us so enthusiastically in the gala dinner just to entertain us!! So sweet of him🥰 I also must compliment Ms Nami for helping to oversee the logistics Chan Holidays has created beautiful memories of Korea for us. We will always remember you Amutha and Mani❤️

My husband and I went on a 10 days (1st - 10th June) DJ tour to Yunnan with Chan's World Hols. It was really enjoyable. DJ AB Shaik as always was very entertaining especially during the Gala dinner. Both our tour guides..Doreen (SG) and George (Yunnan)..were very knowledgable..friendly..caring and helpful not only to us but to the whole group. Overall it was a great trip! Looking forward for another trip with Chan's World Hols!!

Enjoyed the recent Korea trip organized by CWH. Wonderfully planned with lot's of fun moments throughout the trip. Betty and tour guide John were very friendly and joyful all along the trip. Oli host Guna was also a very pleasant person to get along with and also many friendships were made as well. We learnt a lot about the Korean culture, the good food especially getting our hands on with making Kim chi! Overall, a very memorable and unforgettable Korea trip which would not have been possible without CWH and the team.

Dear Sir/madam I was booked on my yearly vacation to Japan departing in May 2017 however the trip did not materialised due to insuffercient number of pax. We have decided to look for alternatives which was offered and we have decided on Grandeur Of Korea leaving on 7 May 2017 and have made confirmed booking for a party of 8 pax. Unfortunately after our bookings were confirmed, mom was hospitalized a week before our departure due to heart issues and needed to be in hospital for a period of time and was also due for a major surgery. During this very difficult time, your staff at Chan World Holidays have displayed professionalism in assisting us in all the cancellation procedure. Special mentioned Nur Syafiqah Amir & Ghazali lead by Betty the manager in charge which went out all the way to assist us. I have been travelling many times with Chan Brother and on most of my vacation. My recent trip was in Sept 2016 to Iceland. Your staff have never failed in my expectations and most of the time exceeded. Till today Betty have been constantly checking with me on the well being of mom which is something to SHOUT out LOUD about which she and her team have went out all the way to do everything they could. To top it all, my four travel kakis which went ahead with the trip came back with all smiles and praises of your tour leader Calvin Chang & Vivian Seo. Your establishment is indeed VERY fortunate to have such staff and thru this experience I would not look elsewhere but CWH in particular for my future vacation.
