Joined CTC' 8days/7nights 中国大弯曲四大城市佛山，珠海，广州及江门 tour package with celebrities 王昱清 and 孙文海. It was an impeccable experience right from walking into the tour agency for enquiries to touching down back in SG at the end of the trip. Sunnie who handled my enquiries at the front desk was professional and concise with her recommendations and explanations of the tour package. All paperwork was handled efficiently. There was a clear briefing for all participants before the trip. And all of us were notified via WhatsApp on what to expect. Special mention to our tour guide John Yeo and the local tour guide 小松. Who in my opinion went way above and beyond their responsibilities as tour guides to ensure that the itinerary went without any hiccups and that our comfort is met. All logistics were handled beautifully well ahead of time. They were super nice, patient and sincere with all of us. I felt like I was parting with good friends when we bid farewell at the airport :) Of course not forgetting the 2 celebrities who were really fun to hang out with and so down to earth!! 13D Silk Road + North Xinjiang 13 天丝绸之路+北疆绚丽游 Tour Leader - Don Yeo 6☆ Xinjiang is huge. This tour took us to the key historical spots of Silk Road from Gansu to Xinjiang, covering 敦煌，吐鲁番，嘉峪关，喀纳斯，禾木 +++ Most scenic and enjoyable for me are Kanas, river walk and Hemu (beautiful 禾木小木屋 accomodation!). God's creation of nature wonder amazed us. The company of 21 fun travel mates and our good tour leader Don Yeo added colours to the trip. Even though it is Autumn, we got to play with snow and walked along beautiful blue lake. Challenge for Xinjiang tour are the long distance journey between towns and the daily temperature variance as much as 14C. Fortunately, our fantastic tour leader Don Yeo is well prepared (chilli, instant noodle & porridge, 马油，cough/cold/muscle ache cream...you name it, he probably has it!). We appreciate his effort taking good care of everyone👏 👍🏼 We also received a daily tour highlight video from Don at end of each day. He deserves a 6 star rating ☆☆☆☆☆☆! Our Xinjiang tour guide 温程程 is also commendable. He is knowledgeable and orientate us with a pull down map every day. This helps us understand the journey ahead and learn about the local culture. P.S. : Suggestions for improvement - - Vary the daily meal menu with local 小吃; - make the folks' performance in Urumqi and 图瓦族 optional. - allow more free time on last day to enjoy supper at 和田二街 - Add in 赛里木湖!

Joined a 8D/7N Xiamen, Chaoshan and Wuyishan tour from 4 - 11 Dec 2024. Enjoyed the itinerary very much. Michelle Yu our tour leader is very experienced. She provided vital information each evening for the following day's trip. Our driver is very experienced. He fetched us safely throughout our journey and waited patiently while we visited the places of interest. Our China tour guides kept us entertained during our journey. Good job CTC for the memorable holiday. I did not attend the pre tour briefing as I was in Perth. I did attend a short briefing at the CTC office after my Perth trip. One piece of important information which I was unaware was that after I bought 3 China Mobile SIM cards, I was given 3 SIM cards by Michelle Yu at Changi airport on the morning of departure. I was told to use the SIM cards that she provided, as the SIM card that I bought may not work with whatsApp (and others US Apps). I did not have a chance to try out the China Mobile SIM card that I bought. (I think they have a one month validity.) So for those travelling to China, do take note of this.

It’s was an enchanting, magical and amazing trip to Greenland and round island Iceland led by Anson!! The experience that we gained cannot be described in words as it was simply too fascinating as though a fantasy came true! Our tour lead Anson has made this trip even more satisfying by helping and spotting four visual viewing of the Northen Lights for us!! A once in a lifetime experience that should not be missed!

I wanted to take a moment to express my utmost appreciation for our tour leader, WenJun, during our recent trip to Inner Mongolia. His attentiveness and dedication ensured that all travelers were well taken care of, from documentation and personal needs (including dietary limitations) to our overall safety. WenJun went above and beyond to meet our needs. He personally ensured we had the required cutleries and even went to the kitchen himself to get rice for us when the kitchen staff were slow. His attention to detail and commitment to our comfort were evident when he called us after each hotel check-in to make sure our rooms were satisfactory and offered assistance whenever needed. During the trip, one of the travelers tripped and injured his leg. WenJun not only assisted him but also accompanied him to the hospital after all the other travelers were settled in the hotel. This level of care and dedication is truly commendable. However, I noticed that despite his hard work and dedication, WenJun and his fellow tour leaders were not being fed properly. The food served to them was limited and sometimes consisted only of vegetables. Given their 24/7 commitment to the travelers' well-being, it is concerning that their dietary needs were not adequately met. I would like to applaud WenJun for his utmost professionalism, care, and love. His fun-loving nature made our trip even more enjoyable. Thanks to his exceptional service, I believe you can expect more Indian clients visiting China. Kudos to WenJun for providing such a great experience for us!

Though there were 3 buses in this tour, the management of the buses were autonomous and didn't cause any delay or prolong waiting. Veronica and the Chinese guide were very efficient and helpful, providing wise advice to the travellers on countering altitude sickness and keeping warm. Allocation of rooms were done ahead of time so travellers didn't need to wait on arrival at the hotel. Great job & thanks Veronica!

We recently had an enjoyable trip to Greece with tour leader, Mr Anson Tong from CTC. Anson was fantastic— professional, passionate, meticulous and patient throughout the whole trip. He took great care of each group member in every aspect, such as luggage handling, photo taking, getting on and off the bus, and he even provided us at meal times with chilli sauce from Singapore. He communicated with us clearly in both English and Mandarin. Moreover, the lovely video clip he made for us leaves us with many wonderful memories of this unforgettable trip. My husband and I travelled with CTC on their 8-day Scenic Guilin + Yangshuo tour (code CKWLN) from 22 Nov 2024 to 29 Nov 2024. Our Singapore tour leader is Liu Yang, Guilin tour guide is Xiao Pei (小裴) and bus driver is Li Shifu (李师傅). They ensured that everyone stay healthy, safe and have an enjoyable time. It is not easy because in our group, the youngest need a travel stroller and the oldest are in their 70s. They are friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and very experienced guides. The scenery was really beautiful. We were touched by the friendliness of Guangxi 广西 people too. We had a memorable trip. On the last day of our tour, everyone was clapping cheerfully on the bus thanking our tour guides and driver for taking care of all of us during the tour. Thank you, CTC, Liu Yang, Xiao Pei and Li Shifu for giving us such wonderful memories. 感恩.

I went on a guided tour to Italy from 28 Sep 2024 to 8 Oct 2024. It was a good tour. It could be better if CTC Travel included more places where we can enter the attractions eg climb up Pisa, enter Duomo Milano. The Tour Manager Mr Barry Yip was great and saved the tour. He managed to arrange for a gondola ride in Venice even though it was high tide. He managed to get us into St Peter's Cathedral in Vatican City. Mr Barry Yip is an excellent CTC Travel Tour Manager. The whole trip was well-planned with good food and excellent accommodation .Cavin is super friendly and entertained us with his songs and jokes thoughout the trip. A big thank you to our very warm hearted n full of love Korean Tour Guide Julie Yun for a very wonderful n remarkable trip 8D/6N Romantic Korea/ Jeju Cherry Blossoms Festival fm 4 April 2023. The food were very very yummy n places of visits n hotel accommodations were all very nice. We were all very happy to finally able to see the full blooms of the Cherry blossoms in Busan n in Seoul. Julie is a very experienced guide n is very knowledgeable about Korea n China history. She has provided us with very helpful information during our trip n always shared information of the places we were visiting before-hand n had given us lots of advices n assistance. 9 of us arrived Seoul one day later n we were asked to join another group of 12 travellers who had arrived one day earlier than us therefore we had a total of 21 travellers but we didn’t have a Singapore tour guide to accompany us during our trip. Most of us were elderly n there was one person who was a above 80 years old lady on board. We were very fortunate to have Julie Yun to take very good care of us with dedication n to make sure tat we were all ok. Julie is also very caring efficient meticulous n she has kept us entertained throughout our journey n she takes her job very passionately. A very big thank you to Julie Yun fm all of us. Julie.. Sharing my experience with CTC. Booked RC cruise to Penang & Phuket many months ahead. When the departure date is near, my daughter received her exam schedule and it clashes with our travelling dates. I just returned from a 12D9N Jewel of Tükiye tour on 1Jun 2023. The tour itinerary and highlights were well chosen. We covered almost half the country and were exposed to its culture, agriculture, vegetation, religion, history and civilization and visited many Heritage sites. Personally I like Cappadocia best. The Jeep Safari was super exciting. The experienced driver could weave and swerve along the rugged path, with the jeep “jerking and dancing” well synchronised to the heavy beat of Turkish music. I enjoyed the novel experience of flying in a Hot Air Balloon, to witness a beautiful sunrise and an aerial view of the sprawling karst landscape. We flew low just above the Fairy chimneys which were really out of this world. The Hot Air Balloon complemented well with the Jeep Safari, giving us the opportunity to be immersed in the unique landscape on land and from the air. Pamukkale’s Cotton Castles were awesome. I wished that I had the energy to wade to the lower pools to take a photo of the waters cascading all the way from the top. Of the heritage sites, I most enjoyed the Ruins of Aspendos and wished I could attend a Puccini opera there. I was still awe-struck by Ephesus, especially with its Library of Celsius, even though this was my second visit there. The ancient City of Troy and the famous wooden horse was a reminder of the beautiful Helen of Troy, right out of our history textbook from yesteryears. We were fortunate to have a very experienced Turkey Tour Guide Akin Yildiz who spoke clear and fluent English. He knows the places of interest well, and has in-depth knowledge of his country’s history and anthropology. Akin is well complemented by our Tour Leader Eric Yong who helped to translate his briefings to Mandarin for the Chinese-speaking tour participants. Together with our coach driver, the trio worked in harmony. Akin planned the timings for our tour with precision, so that every minute is well-spent. Overall, I give our tour a 90% satisfaction rating. Some improvements can be made to the hotels: lifts were slow with limited capacity. Dishes in buffet restaurants can be labelled so we know what we are eating. Gien Ho

We have just participated in the 11-day Southern Xinjiang tour organized by Datong Travel. This tour is the most satisfactory one we have participated in in the itinerary arranged by Datong Travel. The reason is that our group has a very responsible and professional tour leader. It’s Wenjun Guo. Our group of 24 people includes seven or eight elderly people over 70, but he always thinks of everyone and reminds us again and again of things to pay attention to when traveling together. During this ten-day trip, many accidents occurred. For example, Tuanyuan needed to go to the hospital due to illness, Tuanyuan had an arthritis attack and was unable to walk, etc. He was able to cope with it very well and did not give us any shame because of these emergencies. look. After we returned to Singapore, he made sure that everyone got their luggage before leaving. We sincerely look forward to joining the Chase Travel group next time. Wenjun will still be our group leader.

This is a leisurely trip, and every day is relaxing and enjoyable (eat well, sleep well, and have beautiful scenery (it should be more beautiful in spring or autumn)). I would like to thank the tour leader for handling things in an orderly manner. The tour guide explains the scenic spots and arranges things clearly. The driver's brother's Be careful (always let us get off the bus closest to the entrance).
