Staff Sharon was extremely helpful n patience, and explained in detail the various cruise packages enquired.

Service from Jin Yee was superb. I booked a Cunard Cruise through Cruise Arena. The price was competitive and staff service very good. I made a few partial payments which the staff gladly assisted. Jin Yee was proactive. She sent reminders of programme, helped print out boarding passes and luggage tags and mailed them to my home without me requesting for her assistance. This was very much appreciated. Will support the company should we be interested in future cruises. Thank you.
