I was thrilled with the free Singapore tour! It was incredibly efficient and well-organized, making the experience smooth from start to finish. Our tour guide, Isaac, was very informative and strict yet kind, which kept everything on schedule while ensuring we enjoyed ourselves. It’s a great way to spend transit time. However, it would be even better if there were options for those with longer layovers, like over 10 hours, to stay longer in certain areas or explore Singapore's culinary.

What a great tour. We were especially lucky as it was Singapore National Holiday and we saw fireworks. A special thanks to Isaac who was a great friendly, fun a most importantly well organized tour guide. He made sure everybody was back on the bus and nobody is missing their connecting flight. Great way to see some of Singapore during a long layover. The city sights tour hit some good hot spots in the city and even allowed us to see a light show (night tour). Isaac, our guide, was fun, kept us together and on time and had lots of knowledge about the sights!

Great tour to go on when you have the time between flights. You get to see some highlights of Singapore. We choose the City tour, because we wanted to see the trees (Garden by the bay) and the light show in the evening was worth it. Isaac did a great job as a tourguide.

My wife and I did the Heritage Tour with Catherine in the afternoon. She kept our group in order and gave wonderful insight into her country. Admittedly it is rapid fire past the Marina Bay Sands, into Chinatown and then Arab town. You do see a lot in less than two hours and change to/from the hotel. It’s a free service that’s located at terminal 2 F50. You get a 50% discount for checked bags after you check into the tour. Highly recommend for those of you with a longer than 6 hour layover!

Great tour of Singapore, pointing out local tourist destinations, the history as a British port, Formula1, story of MerLion, and the Gardens by the Bay. Would highly recommend. It was a warm humid day, but a slight breeze, and two 30-45 min walking segments. Good timing and a great first visit to Singapore.

The best experience for a free tour. It is very recommended for transit travellers. The Heritage Tour is good because we still managed to grab some souvenirs in Chinatown and Kampung Glam, as long as you have SGD or cashless payment.

Think it is four because the viewing site were cool but our guide was bossy and rude and called people by the country they were from and not by name. It was not very friendly and the organisation was not very good and helpful. But the rest was good.

It’s a good journey, but there are some informations needed to add up on tour site. And not everyone in the airport working over the immigration has the idea about this opportunity. This miscommunication creates confusion. And from Their website I couldn't book the tour. On the first day they checked me out through immigration. I went to the info desk outside the airport and booked my tour from there. You can not have heavy baggage while the tour. You have to keep it in changi airport luggage storage and it is not free. Have a nice visit to Singapore

Free Singapore Tour is a must is you have a layover in Singapore for over 6 hours. The tour is 2.5 hours. Our tour guide Edwin was amazing, he was very descriptive on every site, while keeping it short and simple allowing everyone to walk around and see the sites. I highly recommend the tour for anyone. Best tour ever! I was on a transit flight and found out this gem at the airport. We had authentic local food with cheap price and walked around famous spots. Usually, you have to prebook online but being a walk-in to get on the waitlist is nice. Please keep this program going and let more people know Singapore better!

I would definitely recommend this FREE (yes you heard it right) Singapore tour! We went on the City Sights tour and we got to see the Merlion, the Durian building, and The Gardens. Linda, our lovely tour guide, said we were so lucky because they released the Merlion on our actual tour date. Make sure to book it in advance as slots quickly run out. Having a long layover with nothing to do can be a pain, especially when the layover is longer than the flight. I was mildly interested in the tour to kill some time and get some fresh air. However, surprisingly the tour was fascinating. I went on the Changi district tour because it was the only one with spaces. It's basically a view into suburban life of Singapore with sprinkle of history. It was interesting to see and walk through what usual tourist wouldn't be able to see and experience. Also, hats off to our tour guide, Linda. Keeping the interest of tourists for 2 and half hour must be very hard, but she managed to do so with interesting stories and historical informations.

Don’t know whether is me lucky enough or not. I arrived T3 of Changi airport even at 5:30pm, then I went to the booth straightly, and got my space of this tour. The guide for us is ISAAC. The SG Hawker visit is remarkable to know more about Singapore. Our tour guide "CATHRYN" was awesome, hilarious & knowledgeable. She knew her job so well in minute details, not forgetting anything & anyone. We have travelled to other countries & it's not an easy job managing 30 - 40 people. Kathryn always shouted out about missing people who were late. She also gave us complimentary Kweh Bahulu & Flower Biscuits", yummylicious. The Singapore story touched our hearts deeply in regards to its growth from a third world country to world's number one country 'coz of great leaders, their vision & humble attitude of the Singaporeans. It was quite useful for us while we were in transit waiting for an evening flight from Amsterdam, we chose the City Tour led by Judy. It was a really different experience traveling around the city of Singapore together with people we had just met at the airport. Judy explained in great detail and complete with her friendliness. Next time, if you have the opportunity to visit and transit at Changi, you will definitely book a place well in advance. This tour facility was initiated by the Singapore government in collaboration with Singapore Airlines and several other vendors aimed at serving transit passengers at Changi Airport.

I participated in a sightseeing tour on the night of October 23, 2024. My husband and I were able to meet the Merlion for the first time in 20 years. The guide who showed us around was quite capable. They showed us a lot of the highlights within the limited time. "Specialty: Merlion Ice" that I saw on YouTube Although I was in a hurry, I was able to purchase it and take some photos. Also, if I have a chance, I would definitely like to participate. Singapore...the airport, tours, and Jewel Falls I made a lot of wonderful memories. thank you very much.

Recommended tour! Although the time is not long, you can learn about Singapore's famous attractions and characteristics in a short period of time, so that you can have a more conceptual understanding of Singapore when you visit Singapore next time.

We took the Jewel tour and had such a wonderful experience. Our guide, Catherine, carefully and enthusiastically taught us about the origins of Singapore and the airport, and gave us a detailed tour of the facility. Moreover, since we wanted to go somewhere else after the tour, he was very reassuring that he accompanied us on the subway halfway. thanks so much! In contrast to the excellent tourist resources and professional guides, there was a bit of a concern about the booking system for its tours. That is, it is difficult to get a reservation and participate in the course of your choice, and that there may be many people who book but do not participate. We wanted a city sightseeing tour, but about 10 days before we bought our tickets, it was already fully booked. When we arrived at the meeting point for the Jewel tour that we were able to book, to our surprise, the majority of the people who had booked were not there and there were only three of us, my wife and I and one other person, who actually joined the tour. Thinking back, I thought that there were many cases of people just booking and no show, as there was naturally no payment for the tour at the time of booking, and no deposit or ID information was required. I believe that if there was a rule that if people who had made reservations did not show up, the another candidate could join the tour on the same day, more tourists would have the opportunity to get a deeper understanding of Singapore and enjoy the wonderful sights and attractions.

We went on the city heights tour with Andrew. It was such an amazing experience. Andrew was a very engaging tour guide and give us a great taster of everything Singapore has to offer.
