S. A.Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed by our tour Guide, Silvi. Our company names were mentioned on the board, and we felt welcomed. With such a friendly atmosphere, we had a fantastic start! The guide and tour were excellent and very flexible (I appreciate this!), so she deserves special thanks. We had two great days there, which also added to the experience. Good job!

We stayed in Aston Gideon Hotel Batam which is quite comfortable. The tour guide from this agency, Ms.Silvi always give detail explanation for every interesting places that we passed by. From the very start, they made sure every aspect of our trip was perfect with special thanks to Alex for coordination of rooms booking, trip itinerary and travel planning.
Was also surprised that the Batam local tour was being conducted by VTL staff as compared to other agencies that usually transfer the responsibility another tour agency.
But what really stood out was their attention to the little details that made the trip even more special. When help was needed in printing photos that captured memories from our adventure, Silvy happily arranged everything, saving us the hassle of finding a shop ourselves. She also made special arrangement for children who cant take spicy food during meal times ensuring the tummies of our little ones are filled.
