s. k.Visited their office in-person at Peninsula Shopping Centre after Air India rescheduled my flight twice within a month. Visited them after trying to reach them by phone many times. Received excellent service in-person. Office seemed understaffed - staff were calling passengers one by one to notify them of flight cancellation for an Air India flight later in that day. Phones were constantly ringing & in very low volume, almost not noticeable. Staff were very professional & I received timely service both times.
