My family and I took part in an 8D7N trip to Yunnan. I am very grateful to our tour guide, Zheng Yunlong. His enthusiasm, sincerity, patience and helpfulness made our travel experience very good and happy. He led us to appreciate the local customs and beautiful scenery of Yunnan. All arrangements were also thoughtful and appropriate. This was a very pleasant journey and we gained a lot of happy memories.

My trip to Zhangjiajie was absolutely amazing. The breathtaking scenery of towering sandstone pillars and mist-covered mountains felt like stepping into a magical world. The classic tour was organized excellently, with a well-planned itinerary that allowed me to see all the highlights without feeling rushed. The tour guide was knowledgeable and friendly, enhancing the experience with insights into local culture and history. Overall, it was a fantastic journey, made even better by such a well-managed tour.

Big thanks to our tour guide Michael for the fantastic 7 days tour in Taiwan. He shared many stories and jokes with us, especially when the travelling is long, he will confirm says jokes to make us laugh. Very enjoyable journey with this tour guide and a family of 5, whom are very joyful. Will choose Michael as our tour guide again if we come to Taiwan again.

We went to Japan during Winter 2022. Honestly we were quite skeptical initially. Jun-air had lots of typos on their brochure and the one who sold us the package during NATAS fair actually misinformed us about the tour dates. We went with it anyway because it’s relatively cheaper than every other agencies. Thank God things took a turn for the better when we joined the tour, our tour guide (Leo) is experienced, knowledgeable and friendly. The itinerary planned was good, accommodations and food were not bad as well. We had a great time in Japan. Rating 4 stars as I think our actual pleasant experience during tour outweighed the minor mishaps we had during booking.

We wanted to book a nice memorable family trip that suits our budget and liking, Haohao and Sharon were able to share something that we felt were very different what other agencies have to offer. Sharon and Haohao response were fast and wonderful. Haohao were very patient in answering all our concerns and queries. They also do not have to hard sell, and their packages itinerary are interesting and comprehensive. Now we are just looking forward to our trip in December.👍

I wish to give a thumbs up for my trip from xinjiang on 15.9.24 and my Xinjiang tour guide is 马娜 and Miss Sharon, my S'pore tour cordinator from JUN AIR travel for the trip itineraries. The Hotel stay is comfortable and spacious and food choices are plentiful with wide variety of vegetables and meat dishes catering to our various needs. The local guide is very attentive , patience and listen and respond to our ur needs. Especially to our group various dietary needs. Sharon who is sg coordinator, she’s respond to and eagerly listen and coordinate with the local tour and assist in real time. Overall not a bad tour. Itinerary is good n interesting, hotel so far not bad, food wise good but too much, tour guide is a interesting lady who bring us to wrong restaurant ( 2 times ) but explained a lot to us on the histories for us to understand the places we are going to visit lastly we have a very sturdy good driver who has our safety as his priority.

This is our 2nd visit in Jun- Air. We were with Jun-Air for Hokkaido trip in 2019 and we are here today for our trip in October 2024 to Jeju Island and Seoul with a free trip to Shanghai. With a good deal and friendly staff, with good and detailed itinerary, we signed up for the trip on the spot! We are happy to sign up with Jun- Air.

I agreed that Jun-Air is one of the cheapest tour package to Northern Xinjiang. They have saved cost by not providing any tour leader for all their tour groups. However low cost does not mean to comprise their services. More training should be provided to staff who conducted briefing to customers before the tour. We were not informed of the cold weather (about 8 to 10dc) in xinjiang and asked only to bring light jacket and to bring an extra hand luggage where we will be staying a hotel where not convenient to bring our big luggage there. Luckily I have brought an extra thick jacket although it is not down jacket to keep myself warm and an extra hand luggage just in case. Our driver, Askshkar has been driving safely throughout and enable us to sleep soundly on board. Our tour guide Xue XiaoLi is very knowledgeable in history, culture and current affairs and able to answer almost all questions. But there are still rooms for improvements in area of services. 1) To alert tourists at least 10 minutes in advance before we reach destinations whether sightseeing sites or toilet break. 2) To explain and describe in advance what are the places that the tourists can visit in the sightseeing place. For example, in Dushanzi Grand Crayon there are glass bridge, zip lines and slide car, etc. 3) To put in effort to ensure that all tourists have reached the sightseeing place before bringing other tourists to start the tour. 4) To remind or brief tourists in advance what time to meet at which places for each sightseeing sites. Areas of improvement for meals arrangement: 1) Most days of lunch and dinner where 15 persons are squeezed in 1 round table. And some tables are not big enough to accommodate 15 persons. We should be arranged to sit in 2 different tables for all meals. 2) There are some dishes that are not enough for 15 persons. For example, 1 small fish to be shared by 15 persons and only 12 oysters are served for 15 pax. Also the service quality feedback form distributed by the tour guide should be given 1 form to each family and not only provide 1 and 2 forms to the whole tour group. This is the most tiring tour that I have never experienced before and first time having dinner at 11+pm. However it is still worthwhile the journey when you see all the beautiful and picturesque landscapes.

I just joined the JunAir Travel Agency's Xinjiang tour in May. Their travel agency's itinerary was the most comprehensive and the best. They knew we were too tired to travel and arranged for us to have the best buses and upgraded us to the best local hotels!

I left my ipad at the hotel at Chengdu. And only realised the loss when i arrived home (Singapore), at about 5pm. Immediately, i contacted the hotel and Jun Air Travel . As it was a Sunday, the Jun Air Travel office was closed but i managed to reach the staff, Yuxuan. I was pleasantly surprised she responded on the same day at 7:43pm to say the ipad had been found and it will be delivered to the Chengdu travel office. She will also endeavour to find a passenger to bring back the ipad as electronic items cannot be couriered. Today, a passenger brought it home to me. Much appreciation to Yuxuan for the kind assistance and thoughtfulness. And also the passenger, Mr Wong. On the same day, he landed, he went to Jun Air office after knowing the ipad is of great sentimental value as it is a gift from my daughter. I am very grateful. Thank you both.

We joined the 9D Korea/ Shanghai trip on 22/3. The trip was ok, accommodation, food and trip arrangements wasn’t tip top but we enjoyed ourselves. The problem was the Korean tour guide Mary.. she was gentle n polite at the beginning, but towards the last few days when she needs to bring us to her “shopping trip”, she became very aggressive. When we were at the ginseng shop, they recommended me a course of “treatment” that cost $12000! Sin dollars!!… so of cos we feel reluctant to buy, and when she knows that my hub was very firmly about not buying, she gives comments like” u r not a good husband..”, “people who are financially stable will not hesitate!!” I might looked pale doesn’t mean that I m dying, so just because she think she is being “nice” and “concern”, THIS IS SUPERB RUDE to give comments like that… and this happened again when we are at the cosmetic shop, I already spent S$300+, and she still persuade me to buy a course of “botox” treatment that cost S$1500, said that I looked old n my skin is sagging.. so when she knows I m not interested she just black face n walked off… And on last day after we filled out the survey form, she saw our comments for her was “average “, she said she was all the while “A” throughout her tour guide career and tried to talk us out to give her a “A”,” don’t jeopardise her perfect records..” Will i recommend this trip?.. yes, but hopefully u won’t meet a tour guide like her… By the way, the sponsored Shanghai trip was good, Paul is a informative, insightful , in depth knowledge guide and his attitude towards us was all the way the same whether we spend or don’t spend money on his “shopping trip”. And this is how we evaluate a good tour guide should be…
