I had the privilege of embarking on my first Umrah trip with Syukran Travel Pte Ltd on 20 November 2024 to 1 December 2024, and the experience was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I signed up until I returned home, every aspect of the journey was planned and executed with professionalism and care. The team at Syukran Travel demonstrated good knowledge and dedication to ensuring that pilgrims had a meaningful and spiritually enriching experience. The pre departure ta'limat was great, providing us with insights and tips to prepare for the umrah journey. During the trip, the mutawwif and mutawwifah were knowledgeable, approachable. The accommodations provided were comfortable and conveniently located 5-7 minutes walk to Masjid, allowing easy access to both Masjid al-Haram in Makkah and Masjid al-Nabawi in Madinah. The transportation arrangements were seamless, ensuring we could focus entirely on our ibadah without any logistical concerns. I am deeply grateful to Syukran Travel Pte Ltd for facilitating such a memorable and spiritually uplifting journey. I highly recommend their services to anyone considering an Umrah trip.
