We brought our 13+ year old ragdoll cat here recently for treatment. Dr James Casey took good care of him and went the extra mile to diagnose his underlying issue, which we had no clue about previously. Unfortunately it was much worse than we'd feared and our fluffy boy didn't make it, but we're grateful to Dr Casey for his kindness throughout, for doing his best and genuinely caring about our boy, guiding us with thorough advice, and showing genuine empathy when the time came.

My 65cm koi had a 3.5 cm growth on its pectoral fin and for many months I have spoken to few koi farms and could not find anyone to come to my house to check on the fish. Finally, I managed to contact Allpets and Aqualife Clinic and Dr.Chua and his colleague came over and checked the fish. An operation was performed on site after sedating the fish and the growth was removed. Dr.Chua and his team was very friendly and professional through out. One week after the operation the fin is back to normal except a small part of it had to be removed with the growth. I am pleased to know that my fishers will be in the good hands of Dr.Chua in future.

We've been coming to Allpets for years, ever since our beagle was a puppy. We went to other vets before returning to Allpets when our beagle got older. The team is extremely welcoming, professional, patient, and understanding. Our beagle was diagnosed with cushing disease a few years ago, and Dr Sham and her team took excellent care of her until her death. It is difficult to find a vet to whom we can relate all of our beagle's health and behavioural issues, and Dr Sham truly lends a listening ear while also providing excellent advice to help us manage and care for our beagle in her golden years. We appreciate the team's wonderful and dedicated care for our beagle.

Brought my hamster with wet tail here at my friend's recommendation. All staff from the moment I called to reception, nurse to doctor were helpful, caring and full of empathy. Thank you to Vannesa who answered my call and gave heads up to their triage, and doctor James who handled my pet professionally and with empathy. Highly recommend to all pet lovers.

I am so deeply grateful for the care and attention from Dr Janine Khoo and the Allpets team towards my cat Clawdio. While he eventually did not make it due to his condition sharply deteriorating during his hospitalisation at another emergency vet (who also gave the best care they could), Dr Janine in the whole time demonstrated a lot of care and gentleness towards Clawdio and us. When I emailed Allpets two days later after his first visit solely with the intent of updating on his condition at home , Dr Janine responded quickly and personally with a phone call, urging me to bring Clawdio down as soon as possible. Further tests ran revealed more complications and I made the decision to put him up overnight at the 24hr emergency vet. Dr Janine personally made the calls to all the hospitals inquiring about vacancies and getting the quotes for me. It's wonderful because I was in a state of shock and wouldn't have been able to handle that myself. All the help rendered and the manners displayed really assured me that the vet wanted the best standard of care for my critically ill cat. Although it does not remove the pain of losing my cat, I consider having experienced the genuine care and concern from the vets a blessing. The counter staff and nurses have been attentive and helpful too. They printed out the address for me without any questions after I requested for the address for the emergency vet (I later laughed and joked through my tears that I could have googled it myself, silly me, why waste the time/ink/paper. They kindly assured me it was fine.) God bless all of you. Please keep up the good work. I'll be bringing in my other cat. Hope we continue this great vet/patient relationship. =)

Brought my old pet terrapin (red eared slider) to see Dr Frederic Chua, a reputed specialist when it comes to aquatic animals. Very few vets have the training or experience when it comes to dealing with pet terrapins so it was a great relief to find someone so knowledgeable and caring. The doctor and staff were also kind enough to squeeze my appointment in even though Dr Chua was fully booked for his next available day as my terrapin had suffered internal bleeding and I was very worried it was a serious illness. Even though he was very busy, I was relieved and glad that Dr Chua took the time to examine my pet and explain how to administer the medication. The service overall was excellent and it didn’t feel rushed.

I think the reviews are a little unfair. My take is that if it's simple things, I send my dogs there. They received adequate treatment for the following:- 1. Skin issues 2. Left over baby tooth, they even asked if I want to take a test to Ensure my dog's kidneys were functioning properly before putting him under 3. My other dog hurt her foot and I wanted to make sure it wasn't broken, we received good service and treatment. I do admit they aren't very advance so for more serious issues like when my dog scratched his eye I go to other vet that is a lot more costly and we managed to save his eye with contact lens while it healed. When we went to Allpet they didn't know such things could be done. they are affordable and not everyone has the means all the time for very expensive vet care.

Dr Chua and Dr Teo are extremely helpful, staff were kind and emphatic. We had to put our cat to sleep and they provided the best comfort and affirmation, which became our best comfort. We will continue to come back to Allspet in the future.

Been visiting All pets since day 1 for my 2 beautiful babies. Dr Felisa is very patient and she don't do a hush hush job for business only. She is very patient and listen to owner concern and always give good advise.

I have not gone to other veterinarian clinic before allpets, but the staffs were all friendly, kind and patient. Doctor Frederic Chua was very gentle to my two fur babies and provide helpful advice on handling kittens for first timers. Definitely recommend allpets. Thanks!

Thanks Dr. Nally for being kind, considerate, patient and understanding. It was certainly a trying moment for me. It is not an easy decision to let go of the one you love so much. You have been there patiently waiting for me to make the right move. Stripe has been tough till the very end which made my decision making harder. But we eventually has to face the reality. My pets were visiting this clinic for more than 10 years when it was operating in Jalan Kayu. My present pet went thru a major operations few years ago and costed 2k in Jalan Kayu. He went to the clinic recently for serious infections and now has significant improvements. About $500 in total for last 2 visits.
