I recently took my dog and I couldn't be happier with the experience! The staff was incredibly friendly and professional, making sure my furry friend felt comfortable and safe. The grooming was top-notch, leaving my dog looking and smelling fantastic. They paid attention to every detail, from trimming the nails to giving a perfect haircut. I highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for a reliable and caring grooming service. We'll definitely be coming back

Elaine and BFF have been a key part of our Westie Snowy’s development since we got him 2+ years ago. Elaine is very passionate about dogs and she has been instrumental in helping Snowy’s social development and overcoming his fear of larger and more energetic dogs. Now he looks forward to the regular “staycations” at BFF when he can play and socialize with his furry friends, and have a fun time expending his energy. The boutique hotel setup and French music during nap periods are also unique to BFF, where the dogs are treated like valued guests and not prisoners in cages. We really appreciate Elaine’s attention to Snowy and helping him express his full personality!

Very Happy to find Breakfast at Fluffy's (BAF) to board my 9 yr old rescue pup, Kyzer. I adopted Kai when he was 6 yrs, with a baggage of inflicted trauma from previous owner/s, so much so that he could not feel at ease with other hoomans or furfrens. With an initial tryout for half a day, once weekly, Kai managed to gain trust with Elaine and staff there, and I am glad to have him board for 9 days in my first ever travel out of Singapore since his adoption back in 2020. BAF takes the effort to assess every furkid's behaviour and associates like-minded frens during boarding in their enchanting community premises. Video clips of Kyzer are also sent to me on a daily basis during his boarding including night videos of their sleeping quarters as well. All thumbs up to keep dog owners assured their furkids are in good hands, whether it's daycare or boarding.

Thank you so much for taking care of both our dogs. It's our very first time to leave them at any grooming or boarding boutique hotel. I do trust BFF 1000000% . I don't leave them anywhere with anyone but this experience was wonderful and a breeze. The constant updates, the live webcam, and sincere kindness and care from owner and staff for pets as if they are their own, there's a reason BFF is the best. The environment is clean, well maintained, and accommodating with pet loving staff. All the pets seem happy here when I visited multiple times. Thank you once again for keeping my mind at ease, Elaine! One of my dogs also has a problem with hind legs and I felt comfortable and peace of mind to leave her at BFF. Simply the best and will definitely use again and refer to our paw parent friends :)

We have been sending our little furboy here since both hubby & I started to work from office. My puppy always can't wait to reach his daycare, he will whine when we are approaching because he recognize the place and dash off to daycare's door once he get down from the car. I thank Elaine and her team for the superb service, care and love for all the furkids. Highly recommended if you stay or work near Joo Chiat. My puppy will definitely miss his daycare here now that his mummy is at home :).

Despite the cage-less free roaming concept, the dogs get along perfectly and every dog's so calm, happy and contented. And the hotel is so clean, cosy and pretty too!!!!! 😍😍😍😍 Dear Mishka is comfortably asleep while other dogs play nearby. Absolutely love and trust this daycare. I was impressed right from the first visit. Elaine was very careful in handling my Shih Tzu and slowly introduced her to the rest of the doggos so as to ease her into the place. She was also very detailed in explaining what they do and allowed me to stay to observe at a distance. This gave me a peace of mind. Also, she was very understanding and accommodating to my requests where possible and this helped alot in my hectic schedule. In fact, I switched to Breakfast at Fluffy’s without finishing my package with another daycare because I trust them the most in making sure my doggo is well taken care of!

We have boarded our Cavapoo puppy with Breakfast at Fluffy’s a few times when we travel. The environment is very clean, calming and pretty spacious! Elaine provides us with daily updates videos on how the furkid is doing, which is very much appreciated! Elaine is very experienced and has a great team to shower love on the dogs! Our furkid goes in to Breakfast at Fluffy’s tail wagging now that he recognize the place knowing what a great playtime he would have and we have a peace of mind he’s well looked after! They also offer grooming services which is a bonus since our furkids can have their grooming during boarding saving us a trip specially to the groomers!

Highly recommended. We left our shiba with the staffs at Fluffy’s for over two weeks. They took very good care of our dog and sent us photos/videos everyday. The facility is very clean and well organized. The staffs went out of their ways to make sure the dogs feel comfortable. We will definitely use the boarding service again.

One of the most comforting and enjoyable dog sitters in Singapore! Elaine and her team had our husky treated like a little princess and totally surpassed our expectations! Has become a second home to our poodle Charlie he gets excited every time we walk past and wants to go in! The staff are incredible and are total experts. We honestly don't know what we would do without fluffies! Amazing gentle grooming available too I could go on all day about how good this place is!

Cotton has been the timid and insecure puppy since the first day we got her. We have engaged a trainer and was told we needed to boost her confidence and have her interact more with new people and other dogs. We tried 2 daycare places which helped her to open up a little but when we started to put her at Breakfast at Fluffy's things changed. She improved heaps in a short span of 3 sessions. Before this, she would growl at strangers and dogs and will hide under tables and chairs. But she didn't had any of that at BFF. We were pleasantly surprised. In fact, she got really comfortable with Elaine and she will crawl on her lap etc which she doesn't do so to anyone else other than us. Elaine spent a lot of time playing with them, engaging them in brain simulating activities and at the same time, ensure they are safe. She updates us with videos as well and will sum up her behavior and performance when we pick her up. Which helps us understand Cotton a lot more. We have never seen Cotton so happy at a place other than her home. Environment - we love how clean the place is. The entire place smells really good and Cotton would often come home smelling so good! Highly recommended if you are looking for a daycare or pet hotel for your dog. And grooming too!

Elaine ticks all the boxes in terms of running a great doggie business - highly responsive, transparent, honest, direct, fair-priced, safe, flexible and friendly. I felt the grooming prices were really fair and the grooming quality to be really high. The doggie stylist listened to all my feedback and I was very happy with how my doggies cut came out! My doggie breed is uncommon so there’s no grooming template for it, yet they managed to groom exactly the way I envisioned. They seem to take their time to groom the doggies well. They also allow the dogs coming in for grooming to play for an hour in their doggie day care - a really nice value added benefit. Elaine insisted I provide proof of vaccination via photo before accepting my doggie as a new customer which helps to keep all the doggies visiting there safe. I will surely be bringing my fur baby back for grooming regularly, and will consider them for doggie daycare should I need it in the future.

A super cosy place for a pawcation, grooming, and daycare! Elaine has been helpful in taming my grouchy aggro corgi during his daycare whilst I can be be at work with no worries! constant updates with pictures and videos of your furkids whilst under BFF’S care! Can’t be more thankful to have this BFF around and I’m sure Buddy the Corgi thinks likewise! 🐶

I brought my dog ​​from Japan to Singapore, but there were still a lot of concerns. I travel overseas a lot and have no friends who can take my dog ​​with me in new environments, so I was looking for a pet hotel. My dog ​​is active and lonely, so I was worried about him being alone in a private room for long periods of time, so after doing some research, I decided that Fluffy is cage-free and has a human on duty 24 hours a day. I sent it here to try it out once. In the end, I'm really glad we met. At the first vaccination check, he kindly told me which vaccines I was missing and made an appointment at the hospital. It is also very safe to check compatibility with other dogs. I installed CCTV as an option the first time just in case, but I checked it every day and was relieved that I was really enjoying it. In fact, it might be even more fun than at home, because you get to play with other dogs. After that, every time I go out, I leave it with Fluffy and I don't want to go anywhere else except Fluffy. Thank you to all the staff for your continued support. Thank you very much for your help.

For those who are looking for a pet hotel, daycare or grooming, I really recommend @BFF!! Elaine, the owner of BFF is very experienced and caring. My dog, Ace, is anti-social, afraid of other dogs, but Elaine even had time to teach Ace to socialize, to be with other dogs. Every time you come home from sleeping/grooming you are always happy! Apart from the place being clean, free from being caged, there is CCTV 24 hours a day, so you can see it if you miss it. There was also someone at Ace's birthday party who also celebrated 🥰 never get bored!
