Quaint, cozy cafe. Not as spacious as other cafe that we have been to but the experience was still enjoyable for us. I am slightly allergic so often use it to test if the environment triggers any symptoms. None even when I am covered in fur. One of the least smelling place. The staff were 👍. Makes the effort to introduce the cats to every patron with patience. Can truly see their passion and love for the cats. The cats here are mostly very chill and calm. Worth a visit for cat lovers.

Very nice cat cafe. All cats are well taken care. Limited seats thus recommended to make booking up front. 7-12 yrs olds must bring their student pass for verification and those kids must accompany with adult. Some cats are gently but some are moody. Their care taker will explain to all guests during the session. Intereactive with animal is very theraphtic for kids. They so happy after the session.

Have been to the cafe on multiple occasions. Most recently saw their Halloween decor and can't wait for what's to come for Christmas. Always lovely to see a variety of cat personalities, from warm and friendly Boomer to Queen Wicca. Truly in the cafe, it is their kingdom not ours 😝 Waffles and ice cream always smell really good. Kid-friendly and halal + vegetarian food options too.

Kids friendly cafe. My child enjoys a lot. Thumbs up to the staff, Rachel, young and patience gal. Loves the cats. No stinky smell, you can tell all cats are in good hand. Will visit again.

Cats are friendly and well taken care of. Place is comfortable and chill. Hard to find parking so maybe take public transport. They provide lint roller but maybe don't wear dark colored clothes. Food selection is limited but their waffles are surprisingly good and crispy. Good tea selection.

My 8 year old totally enjoy his visit. There are so many different cats and you are allow to pat them. The cats are well cared. Ordered milk shake and root beer float. We are definitely coming back again.

My favorite cat cafe in Singapore. Make reservations to avoid disappointment especially during peak hours. Would recommend to go before lunch when there are less people and you can enjoy the company of these fabulous felines all by yourself! Cats here are beautiful, well looked after and are generally friendly towards customers. They are active most of the time (avoid their nap times, I think late afternoon) and are not shy to human touch. Staff are generally friendly and informative. The coffee here is actually good. Price of $12/hr is very reasonable as it includes a free drink. Catopia has no cat toys and you are not allowed to bring/use your own. Respect their rules and you will have a great time!

I've visited Catopia twice and thoroughly enjoyed each experience. I can tell that the cats are all in good hands and are well taken care of by the humans present: 1) Interaction with cats is always supervised by at least one staff in the room. They take the time to explain to visitors the characteristics of each cat and where/how they like to be petted. I love how the cats are respected as their own beings, with profiles of each cat being put up for display. 2) I also greatly appreciate how the staff will step in to stop any rowdy behaviour from children that will stress the cats out – much more than I can say for another cat cafe I've been to that was downright atrocious in this aspect. 3) I was also told by the staff that each cat is allowed their own vacation time (to not "work" at the cat cafe) and I thought that was very wholesome and humane! A policy all cat cafes should employ, in my opinion. 4) The cafe is also thoughtfully designed around the cats safety – even if they were to escape from their main room, it's not easy for them to break out of the second and third door. 5) I love how the cat cafe has a separate rest area upstairs for the cats to run to should they not want to interact with visitors. I also love that most of the cats are rescues and not simply bought from pet shops or breeders. The cats are all adorable, friendly, and fun to play with, each with their own unique personalities and quirks. I can tell that Catopia is genuinely dedicated to creating a conducive environment for educational and therapeutic interaction with cats. I'll be back for sure!

Been here twice, today is my second time here! Definitely the best cat cafe experience ever 🤩, the cats here are at ease with humans and are gentle and cute!!!! Would totally recommend! Atmosphere is really comfy, not cramped, and non stressful for both us and the cats! Been to 3 cat cafes so far, and this is the best!

First time visiting any cat cafe, although I’ve heard about cat cafes for sometime now. Cats were very chubby and sleepy. Most enjoyed gentle rubs as they slept. What made my day at the cafe slightly awkward was one of the senior staff members quite audibly micromanaging her junior colleagues. I guess it’s part of her job scope to enlighten her colleagues. But I don’t really need to be hearing all of that? Also, another customer was too busy attending to her phone call and having a prolonged conversation whilst I tried to have a peaceful time w a sleepy cat called Momo. And also lots of sudden sounds by the children present in our lot which would scare the kitties. I might not be returning. Wish the cats well!

I always have a great time here. Café is near spotless, the cats are well taken care of and are friendly. Some will approach you on their own and some have no qualms using you as furniture or steps when playing with each other. Whenever the owner enters, the cats display synchronised head turns towards him. You can tell that they are very very loved. It’s impressive that almost all the cats (if not all) were rescues or adopted.

cats are cute and friendly. but i don’t really like their layout which has two floors so you have to go up and down if you would like to play with all the cats. Small place with a lot of ppl inside, the rate is also on the higher end.

Super lovely cat cafe with the most beautiful cats and friendly staff! The environment is clean, very comfortable and relaxing. Very much worth the price in our opinion! Totally would recommend and we look forward to returning again and spending more time there, maybe even reading a book with cats on our laps!
