Fluffy Hero is attentive and gentle to my Crayon's needs. Although this is a new grooming environment and Crayon was a little anxious, Gracia assured Crayon and paid extra attention to ensuring that she was well. I am happy that Crayon looks neat and smart after the session :)

Gracia is super nice & attentive. Accommodated to our tight schedule and spent 3 full hours on Full Grooming for my dear Pomsky. Will be back soon!

Mocha looks happy after grooming. Groomer would informed us about her experience w my dog, eg. Needs to brush the fur around is paw area more. This info was helpful for us as owner. Basic grooming for medium size dog price reasonable as well. 1st timer had $10 bucks off. So I was really satisfied with the session and pricing. Thank you!

very satisfied with the grooming done for my dog. after grooming, she looked very neat and smelled nice too. i believe the groomers are really nice too since my dog looked happy approaching them when i was fetching her.

Recommended by a friend and decided to send my maltipoo to fluffy hero for a full grooming. We love the haircut and they even highlighted to me abt my maltipoo’s ear condition.

Fluffyhero is indeed a hero! We found an abandoned cat & wanted to send it for grooming asap after it's vet check & Fluffyhero did slot us in. During the grooming she also did checks on the cat & brought up her concerns with us as well (i.e. a fat lump below the belly, probably abandoned for awhile since it seems to be soaked in its own pee etc). When the cat had diarrhea after his grooming, she was so patient & washed him again. Really am grateful & assuring for Fluffyhero to be on this rescue journey with us. Thank you so much once again!

Great service! Absolutely love the convenience by offering two way transport for customers and more flexible timings to send back their puppy. Absolutely gorgeous grooming services as well! Reasonable pricing and does the job well. Definitely a groomer that I can rest assured leaving my puppy in their care :)

Can I just say that this is one of the best grooming I’ve sent my dog to?! It is super rare for my dog to come back home with smiles after her grooming sessions and she looks so pretty and cute!! Thank you Gracia and your team for sending her to and fro safely as well! 💗

Thanks for grooming mocha so well all the time. Groomer is skilled and very patient towards pets. Mocha used to fear going for grooming at other places, but he has been enjoying grooming at Fluffyhero. Highly recommend.

Excellent seevice and my singapore special Toffee is well taken care of. Being a SS she can be a little skittish and difficult but Fluffy handled her very well. Will continue to use Fluffy for a long time.
