Karen did a great job of taking of Captain, our whippet, while we were away for a week. She is clearly experienced and sorted out teething issues quickly. We always looked forward to her daily updates of Captain. We chose his boarding service as Captain can get to socialize with other dogs. He would be very lonely otherwise! Karen's place is every doggy paradise!! We love how knowledgeable and detailed Karen handling and giving cares to Toby during his stay. She never failed to give us updates everyday evening time and also gave some useful advices upon check-out! The space is clean, each pet has their own individual bedding and playtime together. Toby seems comfortable and chilling alot during his stay. We will definitely send him back for sure!! 💯

A big thank you to Karen for looking after our dog while we were away. It was our dog's first time boarding and he stayed for 7 nights. Prior to boarding, we visited Karen's place and it was very clean and cosy. She sent daily updates with photos and videos which showed how much my dog was enjoying himself. It really gave us a peace of mind and we didn't have to worry as he was in good hands. Karen is very attentive, detailed and experienced. 10/10 would board again.

I'm very thankful to Karen for caring for Yuki for a week. It was his first-ever boarding experience, and I am pleased and satisfied that I chose Fyfy's. I appreciate the detailed updates (thru videos and photos) sent by Karen, which put my mind at ease while I was away. Karen is very knowledgeable and patient in handling picky eaters like Yuki! Fyfy's was one of the first few places we looked at when we were searching for a pet hostel for our 10 months old pup. They were reasonably priced and were able to accommodate our pup despite last minute travel arrangements. Our pup has never interacted with many dogs before and had never been away from us. As a result, our pup did not eat well during her stay at Fyfy's. Karen was very kind in providing us with updates so that we are well aware of our pup's situation. She also sends videos of our pup interacting with other dogs. I feel assured that my pup will be in good hands as Karen is very observant and I can sincerely feel her love for dogs. Would definitely recommend their services to other dog owners.

Wanted to give a more detailed review on our little one stay at Fyfy love pet service as i was restricted by facebook word limit. Our little one stayed for about 18 nights. This is the longest boarding duration we had sent him. The previous one longest was only like maximum 5-6 days. In fact, we had bad experience at other pet boarding service in the past, the last one was at K9 connection which was a nightmare to us because he got pancreatitis when he was back from the pet boarding from K9. Subsequently, K9 connection was exposed with animal abuse, which once again make us very worried where to find a good and reliable pet boarding service. We did some research and read a lot of good review from Fyfy love pet service and thinking if we can give it a try, cos this round we need to send him for as long as 18 days, which we must be really careful. During his stay at Fyfy, Karen has sent us the daily updates and we feel that he is taken care well and we can really enjoy our holidays. I accidentally brought a wrong pet food and Karen spotted it very fast when she observed he had diarrhoea. Karen is very meticulous and we greatly appreciate for the good service. Now he is back with us and looks healthy and managed to keep to a healthy weight. We will want to send him back to Fyfy pet boarding when we are overseas and would definitely recommend Fyfy pet boarding to all pawrents! 😊👍

My French bulldog, biscuit has stayed at Fyfy’s twice now. Karen will send me video updates of him playing with the other dogs throughout the night and I always know he will be in good hands. She is very good with dogs and I can tell biscuit is very happy staying with her when I go to pick him up. Thank you for the great service!

Karen was attentive and reliable. It was our first time dropping off our 7-month frenchie at a boarding service and the process was easy and fuss-free. Our frenchie had an eye infection the day before boarding and Karen kindly made arrangements and took him in. She provided daily updates including photos and videos. She noticed he wasn’t used to the cold at night and even provided him with clothes! Could see she genuinely cares for our pet. Would definitely return for future services!

I have a singapore special (SS) and sent her here for boarding (7 days). My main concern was whether the boarding place was suitable my dog who is more skittish, avoidant with people and could be territorial at times. When I consulted with Karen (owner of FLPS), I felt more relieved in knowing she had experience with boarding SS and seemed to be a more domineering type of person. This helped me to place more trust in FLPS as she could handle my dog. My dog was brought on walks and fed regularly and I even received updates with pictures/videos of how she was doing thoughout the boarding. So I would recommend FLPS to people with dogs similar to mine for a stress-free vacation :))

Karen is very informative, patient and experienced with pet care. She listened to us and gave us a lot of advice. The place is not very big, but very cosy. It is also very clean and organised. Yuki is happy and enjoy very much during her stay. This is our first time boarding her. The daily update on Yuki gave us (especially the wifey) a peace of mind. Beyond her cool demeanor, Karen is truly a splendid and approachable person. My buddy is a senior that has many aging issues namely joints and GI and went to Fyfy for sessions of massage. Result is evidently positive. Beside her valuable advices, she was there and still is at every step of the journey towards its recovery. This journey was not easy and she helped me to stay strong and persevere. Her unwavering dedication has transcended beyond business and monetary gains. This good trait of hers has greatly assures me that my buddy is in good hands. Karen has always make herself available to ease my doubts despite of her busy schedule. Replies may not be instant but you know she is there. Whenever I was at a crossroad pertaining to more risky medical treatment for my aging friend, she is my ally and confidante. I'm absolutely grateful for such a person and can't thank her enough that my closest friend is in better health now.

Found this place while google online. Met Karen and visited the place prior to boarding. Karen is very professional and gave advice regarding our dog, Milo’s behavior. The place is clean too. Milo is anti social and does not interact well with other dogs and has separation anxiety. However, during his 6 nights stay there, Milo managed to interact with other dogs and he seems very happy. I would say Karen has managed my dog very well and will definitely come back again. Thank you Karen, and I know I have finally managed to find a suitable boarding place for Milo.
