My very first time sending my kitty (Megumi) to a boarding house since she was being adopted as a stray. I was extremely worried how would my baby gal feel & how would she react to a new environment, hoping she does not feel abandon. After heading down to the boarding house for viewing, I was glad I made the right decision of choosing this place. The hotel was so clean & quiet which makes me wanna work there too. 🤣 A big shout out to the care takers (Nabila & Kaz) for taking great care of my baby gal. Thank you for your love towards my feisty baby gal & the daily updates of her progress with photos &/or videos. 🥰 My baby gal enjoys her 7D6N staycation at the hotel & was so reluctant to go home. By the way, Megumi puts on 0.2kg within a week while staying there!! I TOTALLY recommend Nekoya Cat Hotel to all the cat mummies & daddies out there. This place is so awesome you might have difficulty getting your cat(s) home! 😅 p/s: Feisty Megumi will definitely be back!! 🤣

1st time boarding our naughty kitten at Nekoya and its also his 1st visit as we are away on our overseas trip for 10 days - initially our kitten is afraid on his 1st day but thanks to all Nekoya's excellent staff who took care of him really well, fed him his meds as well as sending us daily updates of his photos and videos we are very happy our boi is in good hands! Love his grooming session as well, have already booked for his 2nd boarding and grooming when we travel again. :)

Can I just say that I am so relieved to board my cats at this boarding place at this location!! The check in process is smooth and my cats totally felt at ease when they arrived and shortly after went into their cabin willingly !! A Big Thanks to Nabila who helped check in my cats so quickly and took note of all my cats dietary requirements. Now I can go on my trip feeling very happy!!

Have been here several times. Nice ambience and environment for my cat. Carers are friendly, caring and loving to the pets. One advantage is you could schedule a grooming session while your pet is there as the facility is just next to the hotel. It's convenient to me.in that way.

We brought our pet cat for its first stay for 3d2n at Jalan Kayu branch. We were very much satisfied with the cleanliness and friendliness of the boarding place. It is also very convenient to have an in house spa grooming place and our pet can be groomed at the same time during his stay. We have daily updates on our pet and that puts us at ease. We are impressed with the service and we will definately be back whenever we travel. We will know that our pet is in good hands.

The staff are super friendly and they go the extra mile to ensure your cat is well cared for when you are away. The boarding place is very well maintained and clean. Little details like adding a curtain outside the cabin also helps with scaredy cat(s) like ours 😅 Most importantly, the cat-takers never failed to update us daily. Sent our cats for boarding for about a week and they refused to come back home after that. It says a lot about the excellent service, endless love, scratches and attention the staff have showered our cats with! This was my first trial to put my senior cat, Mimi for a week stay at Jalan kaya. Overall, I am very impressed n thankful to the staffs, Nabila n Pearlynn. Daily, they provide detailed updates of my cat, her behavior, appetite n health condition. (whether she pee or not). This gave me assurances that mimi is well taken care of despite being in a totally strange environment. With their dedication n love, she adapts speedily. I feel she is safe n sound. I can then focus on my job. Before I was able to head home, I experienced hiccups in my confort apps, Nana the counter staff initiated to help call cab via Tada. With her great help, we reached home safely before the rain. I now understand the reasons behind the strong recommendations by my niece. She said 'u will never regret putting her in jalan kayu' I will now also recommend to my feline friends. Excellences services, dedication n support!

Extremely happy with Nekoya’s level of care and attention to our cat, Kira. We received daily updates on Kira and it was obvious how much she loved staying there that I was afraid she didn’t want to go home when the times comes! 😅 The Jalan Kayu outlet was also very spacious which Kira loves. What a lovely place and such kind and caring staff. Jasper and Delilah shared one of the double premium cabins and were very well looked after. Delilah also visited the grooming parlour next door. We will be back next time we go away.
