Our puppy, Dave enjoys going to OLO for grooming. Agnes, the groomer is patient, understanding and efficient in managing Dave’s fluff. Overall, a very positive experience at OLO and I highly recommend their grooming services!

Really pleasant experience with OLO! They provided expert advice on what length to cut for my senior dog. They were extremely careful and patient! Usually Marche comes back from grooming with his fur quite choppy as he is unable to stand for long during the session. But this round was so seamless & neat. My whole family agreed that Marche had one of his best haircuts at OLO! Looks like he aged backwards by 10 years😂 (he’s 15 btw).

It was my first experience today with Olo. I have to say I had a wonderful experience from the time I booked an appointment till I fetched Teddy back. They were very patient despite booking a last minute appointment with them. They showed extra care and concern since he’s old. The groomer was gentle and attentive to his needs. The whole team was friendly which made the whole process easier. Without a doubt, Teddy was in good hands.

Very reliable and great service! My dog Braxton always enjoy going over to OLO for her grooming! She comes back all clean, looking really good and smelling great! Nice that she has a little bow tie after every visit as well.

i am one of their very satisfied regular customer. they always manage to fulfill the request. our dog is usually very scared but she start to get familiar with the grooming place. also my dad can be picky when it comes to his dog, clarissa and issac are friendly and always fulfills my dad's request for the dog. they also assist to advise on various dog related questions that my dad have. the place is very tidy and clean.

Olo is the best Groomers I have visited in Singapore and I have tried many. Their care and attention to the dog’s wellbeing is amazing. My dog had surgery a year back and the recovery was almost a year too. During this time they have been so careful to ensure my boy has breaks and rests appropriately. He’s always happy to go there; which for me is the greatest indicator. Beyond that, the skills of grooming and the attentiveness they give when discussing what cut is best is second to none. I have recommended my friends go there and I get the same feedback from them!

We really love OLO’s environment - besides the clean and cage free salon, the staffs are friendly, thoughtful and loving towards our fur baby. They started off with a short session to better understand our puppy’s needs before her first grooming session there and from then, OLO become our permanent grooming salon. Every session is tailored to our puppy based on her breed, coat length and needs during her visit. Our puppy is always happy and relaxed after her session and she’s excited when we tell her that we going to meet her favourite groomer Issac.

We have taken our Cavapoo a few times for grooming to Olo. It is an easy process to get an appointment and Olo is efficient in completing the grooming in a sensible duration. Our dog enjoys going there and he comes out smelling and looking clean. Good attention to detail on tooth, nails etc. would recommend Olo wholeheartedly.

Looking for a groomer nearby after previous groomer butchered my dog's fur. This place is a gem. first impression is that the place is clean and welcoming. the groomer attending to us was very courteousness and asked good questions on what to look out for and provided her own advice/opinions accordingly. I left my dogs with them at ease. dogs were very well-groomed, and gave my dog the perfect schnauzer cut that I look for. bought their grooming package straightaway and look forward to having them as my dogs' groomer for a long time.

I've visited a fair share of groomers for my CKC in the past, and nothing compares to Olo! They have an amazing team (Agnes, Isaac) dedicated towards providing friendly and professional (also super thorough and swift) grooming service at a reasonable rate. I also like the detailed post-groom feedback each time on what they observed with my pet, and useful care tips which I'd definitely be applying. Bought a package with them after the first visit (it's our 4th session now), and we intend to stay on with Olo. Thanks! <3

Our dog Scooby loves going for grooming with Isaac. The minute he sees him he becomes very happy! That itself shows us how much he enjoys his time there. We usually get the mud spa and de shedding for him since he is a beagle and sheds a lot. Every time Scooby comes back home he smells great and we can tell he had a good day. We like the pick up and drop service which is convenient and helps us plan our day accordingly. Highly recommend Olo pet services for a worry free grooming session. From the day (almost 2 years ago) we found OLO, it’s become our and Scoobys favorite place for grooming. We also appreciate how patient Isaac is with explaining everything and giving us feedback about Scooby.

I own a frenchie and this is by far one of the best groomer that my frenchie visits . They also do provide transport to and fro from your place if you happen to be busy on your baby's grooming date as long as you provide ample respond time for the arrangement to take place.

However, do note that although many singapore special owners may attest to their pets being skittish, mostly all dogs tend to have that. Especially with whatever new environment, all animals, similar to us humans also tend to have that. Do allow me to extend my apologies in any case, as many pawrents are protective of their own, before anything else.
