It’s a small shop with a variety of products, fun to browse but may not be easy to search for what you want. However, the friendly Muslim shop keeper approached me and and offered to help. Knowing that I want to get oil dirt off a community cat, she recommended me a few products and helped me compare the pros and cons among no-rinse shampoo, powder shampoo and pet wipes, then teach me how to clean the comm cat without giving it a proper bath. The lady at the cashier is also friendly and courteous.

Very small shop but well stock with all items needed for pets. Staff at cashier was very patient to explain the difference between 2 treats for my pet, and advised me not to buy first and use what I have at home. I appreciate such honesty instead of just simply to get businesses. Will definitely be back for anything my pet needs.

Dropped by today to get my dog some pet food after we ran out. Though they didn't have the flavour my dog usually ate, they were very accommodating and friendly! Bought a different flavour in the end, but I just received a call saying that they worked something out with their supplier. Next time we run out of food, all I have to do is call them and I'll be able to get my dog's favourite pet food flavour! (: Thank you so much for going out of your way in helping me out! Will definitely come visit again for any other items my dog needs.

Very slow service. Cashier at counter talks and talks for very long when there is a queue while other staffs don't bother to help. Things are good but their service is horrible.

My senior dog goes there for grooming and the groomer and shop owners there are always kind to us and the old man! Can tell they are genuine animal lovers and not just business-only.

Compact with pets' foods, litters and other necessities. Overall, it's a convenient place to shop for your furbabies except it's a cramp shop.
