L. T.Just spayed my dog today.
Dr Jeremy Koh is good and friendly! He is professional and explained the steps, risk and complications thoroughly prior to procedure.
He also gave me quotation on the treatments before proceeding.
This clinic is transparent and reasonable with the charges.
The receptionists are also able to answer general questions accurately when I asked over the phone.
My puppy also peed on the reception area after the surgery because she was still groggy and they handled it quickly and professionally!
I will definitely see Dr Jeremy back for subsequent treatment/s needed for my dog in the future :)
s. v.We want to thank Dr. Jeremy Koh for always being empathetic towards us and taking care of our 4 furbabies when we bring them for check up or any paperwork for foreign travels. Dr. Koh helps us with good guidance and also take wellness approach, We so appreciate what the staff does, esp that they accommodate everybody in spite of time contrains. w.easy to schedule an appointment, very professional and friendly staff. Dr Jeremy Koh was super patience to answer all question and explained us all details; even headed out later to add some more thoughts. He handled our cat very well.

E. F.Went to see the vet as my cat kept licking herself. Not crowded that day but I know it can be at other times. They found an abscess and cleaned it out. Medication and antibiotics given. Vet was nice. Credit card payment accepted.
S. L.This pet clinic is awesome! Friendly staff and vets. I brought my dog, Oreo to visit as he was having stomach upset. Dr Jeremy spent some time explaining to me his condition. Even after I went home and I was worried about Oreo's condition. I called the clinic and Dr Jeremy actually called me back to provide me with explanation and assurance. As I was still worried about his trembing, I called the clinic the second time after the visit and the friendly staff agreed to check with Dr Jeremy who wasn't on duty at that time and Dr Jeremy patiently addressed my concerns!
J. C.This is undoubtedly the BEST pet doctor/ animal clinic you will find in Singapore. My dog Hugo, is 17 old years old and he has been able to live to this long age despite being seriously ill many times because of the great care given by the Animal Clinic.
Dr. Loh is amazing. Everyone there really really loves their pet patients.

X. L.Brought my guinea pigs here twice, first time was consulted by Dr Jeremy, 2nd time was by Dr Nicholas. Dr Nicholas is very detailed on collecting information on my guinea pig before diagnosis, two days after visiting he called to check if my guinea pig is responding well to the meds. A very caring doc, highly recommend if your guinea pig or small pet is sick look to for him. If i can give this review 10 stars I would.
