Been sending Kori to Groomer MAY for her grooming and spa. May is very detailed and will let me know if she notices anything on Kori. Photos and videos are usually taken, and send to me too. Overall every staffs at Nex outlet are very helpful and booking appointments via WhatsApp is so easy. Highly recommend your pets to May. Thank you!

Thank you so much The Pets Grooming, I’ve been taking my furbaby to different groomers, at last, i found it. He’s fur is fully dry and nice trim on his nails. I will definitely come back again next month.

Professional, patient and friendly groomer! My dog is 15years old, has weak legs, is blind, and can’t hear well so usually when he has grooming he is very scared. But the groomer handled him very well! Also they send pictures often even during the grooming (which is my 1st time having said that I bring my dog to many groomers before). Definitely will return to this groomer.

May did an awesome job with Pepper. I didn’t know the shop had changed hands and was pleasantly surprised to have constant photo updates during the session. Pepper came home smelling fabulous and happy. Will definitely send her back again for her next grooming.

We brought our mini schnauzer for the haircut today and love the cut that we got! The schnauzer cut is easy to go wrong and we’re very happy that the stylist is very good at it. Our dog, Coco, enjoyed the trip with a full spa experience and even got a little ribbon to go with being a good dog! :)

Excellent service from friendly groomers, especially May. My daughter’s dog had long nails & groomers gave the dog a good manicure. Prices are reasonable. Love the location. Easy access from Nex’s carpark. Doggy playground immediately outside. Groomer’s communicate by WhatsApp with updates which is very convenient. Favourite dog grooming shop!

Brought my Kobe for the 1st time at Pets Workshop at Nex. I am quite satisfied with the service. Staffs are friendly n I liked that they updated me by sending videos of how they bath Kobe n brush his teeth n the final result after grooming. Keep up the good work.
