My cat crossed the rainbow bridge today. Thank you, Dr Steph, Dr Janine, and Dr Daryl, for your excellent care and compassionate touch since the day we adopted him. Your efforts enabled Beanie to enjoy a good quality of life towards the end, despite his many chronic conditions. I am always grateful to the team.

Have been taking my dogs there for a few years now. I normally take my dogs to see Stephanie, who is an absolute gem but think the other vets there are wonderful as well. The place is neat and clean and all the pet owners who come there seem happy. Vets are patient, sensitive and genuinely seem to care for the pets. Seems like this is not just a profession for them but a passion as well. Have been to various vets in Sg over the course of the last 15 years but I am not going to any other vet henceforth.

I have been bringing my cat to the Visiting Vet for almost 10 years now. And I must say, so far the vets and staff have been most helpful, eventhough I am always the overly anxious type. Yesterday (19 June 2024) in particular, I brought in my senior cat for diarrhoea and blood in stool issue. Dr Stephanie was knowledgeable in explaining the possible causes of the diarrhoea and what steps should I take next. She was ever so patient to all my queries, even possibly the dumb questions. When I traced back the change in my cat diet, over the past few weeks, it coincide directly with when the diarrhoea symptoms started just as Dr Stephanie suspected. I called up the clinic a few times after the visit, as I sometimes did after my other visits, and the nurses were always patient. Thanks again for caring for my baby and being patient with a very anxious mom.

Mixed experience for my cat. 'Visiting' is a misnomer - they can make house calls if you can book weeks in advance. I have called on the phone and had good experiences, but when I called to discuss euthanasia it was like I was calling for a hair appointment - no acknowledgement that that's one of the hardest decisions a pet parent makes. The clinic never seemed super clean to me and my cat got sicker a couple of times from going (but happens at other vets as well - hard to avoid, which is why we like housecalls). But I did get good, affordable treatment and Dr. Huang is quite a good vet.

Dr Dawn is very passionate about her work! My cats are always comfortable with her treatment. She will also send emails or call to ask about my cats’ condition. Would highly recommend this vet clinic

I took my 9 weeks old kitten , I had bought her from someone a week ago , she seemed down having flu symptoms and different from the first few days , in short I had many questions and doubts , the male vet was so damn sweet and friendly and calm and helpful and understanding , he really answered all my doubts and diagnosed that she simply had flea , I was paranoid and thought she was having a cold when it was just purring. So glad I visited this clinic because he was so gentle with my fur ball . More vet like him are needed , highly recommend, I was in tears going there and the calmest existing:)

Ryo was treated by Dr. Joey and he was treated with lots of love and meticulous attention. We are very nervous that Ryo will be in pain after the surgery, but the surgery went well and Dr. Joey is went out of her way to explain the details and the recovery process, so as we are able to manage him better at home. Highly recommended. :)

Both Doctors have been treating my dog since he was 2 months old. One of the nicest Doctors I have come across and are very patient and helpful. We find the clinic and the staff friendly and is a very lovable environment for your fur babies.

I love the Visiting Vets and am so glad we have found them. We first contacted them because we have an anxious dog and needed a vet who would come home to treat her. The lovely Dr Koh arrived and was ever so patient and kind with Khloe (our dog). Since then we have visited the Visiting Vets with our three other pets. What a lovely clinic - beautiful, clean, soothing (in the vicinity of the Botanical Gardens). Yesterday we found a very very tiny injured sunbird outside our house. So we took it to Visiting Vets. The two doctors were out on call but we had an enjoyable time while we waited, playing with the two resident cats. When the doctors got back, they both spent a good half hour with us, got birdy to feed, and sent us home with sugar water, syringes, and instructions on the best way forward. AND after all that, they said there would be no charge this time! They are true animal lovers - which you would have to be to be a veterinarian but they really do go that extra mile. Godsend of a find for us!

As a person who works office hours and sometimes more, I was initially looking to find a house call vet as it was near impossible to find time to bring my dogs to the clinic, a golden and a westie. Honestly I was slightly apprehensive and unsure when I first contacted the Visiting Vets as it was through the internet that I found them. However I am now more than happy to have found Dr Huang whom I can trust and count upon to make house calls on my pets in view of his professionalism and prompt updates after seeing them. In addition my temperamental westie who required slightly more investigations for an issue was able to be transported there, investigated and sent home with the appropriate treatment smoothly after liasing with the clinic. Finally, price is always a concern when searching for services that offer just that little bit more but I think for the genuine affection that the staff have for all animals, results and convenience I've gotten they are more than reasonable.

Our boys love Visiting Vets Clinic! We have two labradors and Dr Kim and Zhixiong are always available for them. They put the animals first and are very experienced. Our boys have never been healthier. :)
