The best vet clinic ever. The doctors, nurses and receptionists are amazing people. Friendly, helpful and supportive. Momo has been going here 4 years and counting. He prefers the vet room as opposed to the waiting area 😂 The vets will provide treats to ensure it is a positive experience. The clinic follow ups via telegram (the greatest) after appointments. I would travel down just for this clinic. Momo is the most relaxed at this clinic. We’ve had to come for multiple visits (vaccinations, kennel cough, ring worm, sterilisation and dental scaling) so we are really grateful to have found an amazing go-to clinic for help.

I am incredibly impressed by the outstanding care and compassion demonstrated by Dr Lesly and her veterinary team during our visit on the 11.12.2024. The head receptionist, Woon Yong, went above and beyond by reaching out to my dog’s usual vet clinic to find available slots for us (and was prepared to reach out to other vet clinics if the clinic did not have slots) which truly shows their dedication and thoughtfulness. The entire staff was warm, professional, and genuinely caring. I highly recommend their services.

Dr. Boon and Dr. Wang have provided unparalleled care for our dogs, bunnies, and guinea pigs for over a decade. We especially appreciate that we are never pressured into unnecessary tests or examinations, and the costs are very reasonable given the high-quality, professional care we receive. Even when the clinic is busy, we feel as though we are the only clients, thanks to the attentive service. We have been touched by countless gestures, big and small—like the vets personally cleaning up after our pets or the staff patiently comforting our anxious companions before consultations. I am very happy with the service received. As a first time owner of a feline, the staff at the counter were helpful, the wait time was short (please make an appointment) and the doctor was very patient and understanding of the situation. It made me feel very comfortable. They also offered me a service to trim my cat's nails which I gladly accept. I was also taught how to feed my cat medication. Before I left, they told me that if I had any questions, I could simply message them for free. I will definitely go back to this vet if my cat has issues again. (hopefully not)

My cat has been a patient here for many years. The treatment she gets and the advice I get is excellent. She is in the best hands with Dr Wang and her expertise, especially her knowledge of senior cats. Also, Nurse Dorothy is very gentle when she takes my cat's blood pressure readings. My cat can be "difficult" but everyone is patient and understanding, which I truly appreciate. If you want a vet clinic where the doctors, nurses, vet techs and receptionists really do care and are utmost professional then I recommend Town Vets.

Good result, even during CV-19. Whilst we had to wait outside, the receiving of the cat was swift and good. Got a form to fill in which was good, to get to know the patient. The consultation seemed to last about 30 seconds. ($35) "Ear mite check" - ($15) i already knew he had issue with his ear. I told them that on the phone and in person. So not sure how that differed from the General consultation. I told then his ear was an issue. They gave me printed receipt with the details and instructions - Very comprehensive. Advice - don't say my cat has a fat face. He was very upset and self conscious after that. LOL

Amazing service! Their follow up was extremely good, which is what I deem as one of the most important factors for preferred choice of vets. The team has a responsive channel to communicate concerns between owners and vets, which ensures that the pets can recover fully with proper guidance along the way. Beyond impressed with the team!

I’m writing this review 6 months late. This clinic is one of the best I have been to! Dr Emily is very knowledgeable and empathetic. I sent my goldie to her for acupuncture treatment and she took care of him till his end. The clinic even sent a postcard to send their condolences all handwritten, really very personalised and I will like to thank the staff for the kindness.

I have a few 20-year-old RES terrapins that I have brought to Town Vets for treatment/check-up. Overall, my experience with Town Vets has been positive and Doctor Sophia has been a great vet that I appreciate working with. Doctor Sophia is extremely knowledgeable in her field and provides good advice. She does her best to address any question I have and is very patient in doing so, especially in explaining concepts I don’t understand. Above all, she is approachable and comfortable to work with. I also feel safe leaving my terrapins with them as Doctor Sophia and the nurses always treat my pets with care. I highly recommend her!

The folks at Town Vets are thorough and we have a lot of appreciation for Dr Clare, who is patient and kind with our dog who gets nervous at the clinic. After each visit, they provide detailed after care instructions and also proactively check in. Couldn’t ask for more detail oriented service!

Friendly vets. Doctor's notes after every visit is very helpful because I don't really get to take notes during consultation. Vet techs and the rest of the staff are very friendly and helpful too. Services are also affordable. Highly recommended!

Brought 2 of my pugs here. 1 for skin issue, 1 for cough. Ran blood test for the former, did X-ray for the latter. After 2-3 rounds of medication, both pugs didn't get better unfortunately..

Third vet I’ve tried in my neighbourhood, and I’ve found them to be the best in terms of vet care and quality of service. They’re also priced very reasonably. I especially love that they always give very detailed summaries either on the receipt or via the telegram chat channel! And everyone is always super nice and sympathetic to my very grumpy cat 😹

The service provided by this clinic is excellent. The staffs are friendly. Dr Boon personally explains my dog's condition n propose effective treatments. Instructions on nursing my dog back to health are written on the bill for my reference, follow by an SMS to check my dog's wellbeing the following day are much appreciated.

Brought in an injured community cat. They lent us a pet carrier and gave the cat treatment. They were very caring of it and were genuinely concerned for its well being. The facility is clean and well staffed. They were very helpful.
