B. M.Did one week trial at freedom yoga, the teachers were great especially Eka, and the receptionist was lovely too, but the studio lights really put me off. They are harsh bright white lights that cannot be dimmed which takes away from the practice.

They are calm, patient, and attentive, guiding students with mindfulness and encouraging personal growth. One of the best studios that has packages affordably priced. Top notch service too.
