J. T.I chanced upon MotionWerkz whilst searching for a solution to strengthen my legs as I was experiencing pain in my knees navigating stairs.
Within 6 months of 1-2 times a week of Gillian's classes, the pain had lessened and also I was able to do slow jogs of 3-5km which was something I couldn't do before her classes.
What I liked about her class is of course the Swing which was something different for me and it helps in building my core muscles.
I also liked that she would give each one of us attention individually to correct our positions so that we get maximum benefit from it.
Of course the coziness of her studio is also an added plus.
t. y.Did the trial class for MotionRevz, Gillian was patient and clear in communicating her goals for the class. It was a great stretch + strength training session, and I discovered some new interesting things about my own body!
a. l.Very professional yet friendly trainer. It provide a family feeling which is missing in those chain fitness class. You can make friend easily here^^ great for company bonding session after work
