C. L.Generally speaking, i have been member with Real Yoga for a few years and gratitude to all teachers and staff , i have improved so much since then. I am happy now Virtual class is available, it is really convenient to practise from home with all teachers. Every teacher has his or her own style, try to join all type of classes and find what's most suitable.
I have also tried Private Training class with teacher Azad, great teaching style, very clear instructions. Azad helped me to know better my body condition and he taught me many ways to improve. Thank you very much!

For almost 1 year as member, he was consistently keep tracking my attendance and continue to persevere in my battle against weight gain and other hormonal imbalance issues.
