Very good and kind association. I used to suffer with endless thoughts and anxiety issues. By attending Sahaja Meditation class, it helps to calm my mind down and let me have more knowledge to understand my own body. The best part is it is total free! Consistency is the key, don’t take free things as granted. Put more effort on yourself when there’s so many kind souls are willing to help.
I am practicing Sahaja yoga from 2000 and it has helped me tremendously , I Started with Beginner's classes in 2014 as I am a regular practitioner. Since this technique is very easy to learn,I was able to incorporate it easily in my daily schedule. Only 30 mins every morning and evening gives me a peaceful mind in all spheres of life, in particular with stress management and work-life balance. I attended weekly SY meditation during my stay in Singapore it was indeed the best experience of my stay there.
I am meditating since 2009. Sahaj yoga has helped me to cope up with my studies, my stress and has also helped me to balance my work. I have learned the art of forgiveness during my journey. Sahaj yoga has taught me how simple living can also bring joy and satisfy you in every phase of life. I would recommend everyone to come and join us and together we can make this world a better place.
This meditation is free and would only need your little time and consistency to achieve calmness and great heights in every phase of life.
I was sceptical in the beginning but after giving myself 4 months of practicing Sahaja Yoga Meditation. The first thing, I've noticed after learning this meditation is my insomnia problem. I am able to sleep better and felt rested. I also felt the peace within. I look forward to find out more, the effects of Sahaja yoga meditation can help and improve the quality of my daily life in all aspects.

I find these classes very useful in helping me deal with stress and anxiety.It calms my mind down and helps me get better sleep as well.
Intresting, helpful, resourceful and postive came out of session as a lighter and calmer version of myself. They offer free classes online and offline as well. Perks are guided session for home, no fees, feedback sessions and genuine instructors. Recently came to know about kids classes also will surely try.
I got into this meditation technique a few years ago and found it very effective not just for myself but even for my kids. There are children classes conducted for free where they are taught to meditate and engage in creative activities like art, music etc. Classes are for free and I would highly recommend.
