Been actively going for classes for the past couple of months and signed up for the All Access Pass after! Convenient location with 2 practice rooms, love how the studio class sizes are quite intimate with a spacious locker room and showers. The instructors are really knowledgeable and the front desk receptionist team is always friendly. L

I love Yoga Movement for its small quaint space. Everything feels cozy and welcoming. The staff are friendly and the teachers are very approachable. It's prefect for first-time yogis, but the seasoned practictioners are not forgotten as the teachers are always encouraging the students to challenge yourself and do just a little bit more than you did before. I always love coming to class. Even when I'm done with it, I feel no hurry to leave. It's like a second home.
