Excellent doctor and team, thank you for your consult and services. They are one of the most dedicated out there, called in on a Saturday and managed to secure an appointment on Monday morning and settled my condition within the following week. Doctor Poh and the nurses are very attentive, helps me feel secure and comfortable despite my first time having gone through a day procedure. Had a bit of a scare of my life when a health screening shows that there's something concerning to warrant further tests. Consulted a few doctors and as you know, none of them would give you the assurance because they are wary of crossing that line. This was my first experience with Mount Elizabeth Hospital as I hear many success stories from peers. Dr Aaron Poh was a different league altogether as he was able to assess the situation in one quality discovery session and had the confidence from his experiences to assure the patient throughout the whole journey. The whole experience from first consultation to scans was very personalised and sincere. On top of that, the clinic's environment/vibe makes you feel at home and comfortable, with casual joking and friendly nurses that don't make you feel like a patient, but closer to someone like a friend that they are helping. All in all, thankful for taking me through each step at ease. Appreciate this!
