I have been treated by Dr Tay for years and trust her care completely. Dr Tay is caring, meticulous and professional, and advocates only the treatment that I need, preferring to avoid more invasive procedures. She has helped me immensely with my sinus and ear issues and I know that I’m in good hands when I go to her. In this day and age, it is so reassuring to know that you can always go to a specialist that you can trust. Plus, she’s good with kids!

From the moment I met Dr. Valarie Tay, I felt confident in her abilities. She was very thorough in explaining the procedure, answering all my questions, and addressing any concerns I had. The office staff Rei was also courteous and efficient, making the entire process smooth and stress-free. She really go all the way to get the pre-authorisation n all necessary paper work done without me chasing or asking. Rei also give very clear instructions n making sure all admin process is done properly. The surgery was a success, and I experienced no complications. Dr. Tay took great care to ensure the best possible outcome, Dr. Tay has a great bedside manner. She was attentive, compassionate, and took time to make sure I understood everything about my surgery. I appreciated how well Dr. Tay n Rei communicated before and after the surgery. Dr Valerie Tay was referred to me by a personal doctor friend as I was concern of a possible ear infection. I was placed at ease by the friendly receptionist when I entered the clinic. When I met Dr Tay i was further convinced that I was in good hands. Dr Tay was totally focus on what I am saying and was totally gentle and assuring when she treated my ear. My situation was nothing serious and it was resolved within minutes. Thank you Dr Tay and her nurse/receptionist.

Really would like to extend my thanks to the receptionist and Dr Valerie. They managed to give me a slot on the very day itself. Receptionist is very friendly and helpful, her explanation to helping me claim my bill via insurance/medisave is clear as well. Once I stepped into the consultation room of Dr Valerie, her warm personality makes me feel at ease. She listens to my concerns without judgement and I really appreciate it as it's hard to find this kinda of doctor nowadays. The nasal scope with done any pain or discomfort that makes me wanna gag (as compared to my first nasal scope done in SGH A&E). Will come back here again if I ever experience any ENT issues in the future. The price is a little expensive but that's expected for a private specialist 😊

I first visited Dr Valerie in June 2023, and subsequently, in Sep 2023, she did surgery to remove my Warthin's Tumour that had been bothering me for a few years. I sincerely appreciate her professionalism in caring for me from the first visit for an infection and throughout the pre-surgery to post-surgery. This major surgery was the first time in my entire life, and it all went very smoothly. In my opinion, Dr Valerie's steps to remove the Warthin Tumour was remarkable as she made sure that the inflammation surrounding it was cleared before the surgery to avoid any complication during the surgery. It was her simple and yet impactful explaination that convinced me to undergo the surgery. My heartfelt thanks to Dr Valerie and I hope many patients like me will benefit from her professional service.
