I was looking for another chiro clinic near my office when I decided to give this Healing Hands outlet a shot. Coincidentally, I sustained a back injury just a few days before the first visit. Dr Isaac was patient in both listening to my situation and also in explaining the usual treatment based on the initial posture check. Things got a little complicated when the X-Rays came out and Dr. Isaac again explained the nature of my back injury and actually printed out a medical article he searched for for his and my own reference. The improvements in my injury and my posture were apparently, and I am happy with the progress so far. Not forgetting the lovely ladies Lava, Agnes and Nicole for being so welcoming always. Definitely a recommendation especially if the location works for you.

I have started my chiropractic treatment for my lower back since May 2024 with Dr Issac assigned as my Chiropractor. The progressive reduction in my back pain is a true testament to Dr Issac's skills! I must say that Dr Issac really has his own techniques which will not cause pain during and after the treatment sessions, unlike other Chiropractors who I had encountered before. He had also taught me stretching exercises and taught me how to correct my posture which complement with the treatment plan. Dr Issac is friendly and often engages in conversation with the patients. Decided to get it sorted out once and for all. Found healing hands through google, and it was one of the best decision ever. Doctor Isaac is a great and attentive doctor, when I told him the problem that I have in area of my body or the problem I just got before the session, he always accommodate to solve it and share with me some tips or small exercise that will help me more outside of the clinic. I have been a pro-Chiropractor since I had a good experience in Canada and Hong Kong; slip disc surgery is never my option. Dr Justin assured me that my frozen left shoulder will be healed during the initial consultation and that gave me the confidence to go ahead with the treatment. My first session was in early March 2022. I still clearly remembered I used my left hand to support before laid facing down on the bench. That moment triggered the pain but also left me an unforgettable experience. To date, both of us will laugh over it every time we recalled the incident. I feel at ease when Dr Justin performs the adjustment as I know I’m in good hands. The staff will join in and clap their hands as a form of encouragement especially after intense ministrations. There is relieve of soreness and discomfort after each session and that help me to sleep better at night. Sometime In late June or early July 2022, I noticed I was able to sleep throughout without waking up in the middle of the night due to pain. It is such a comfort for me. I believe if I follow the stretching exercise diligently every day together with the care given, I will be able to regain back my motion. I'm here to leave a review as I'm still waiting for Dr Justine to be back to Singapore! My experience with chiropractor started in Buona vista and didn't know what to expect, was scared. They showed me a film that talk about what chiropractor was and then we took an xray, Dr Justine always tells me what is going on and she has excellent skills! I tried other chiropractor in healing hands but my favourite is still her, because her adjustments are very 'clean', it's usually one swift crack and the adjustment for each area will be done, compared to where others might have to crack a few more times or I will experience pain in between. Whereas for her the cracking part is swift and done with minimal pain. And she is very friendly too! I miss her as she is my first chiropractor and still the best I had so far!! To top it off, buona vista staff is incredibly patient with me though I might be late or have to reschedule, remember me by my name and even remember things about me which is a sweet personal touch. The whole experience is so warm and endearing. So far the only Dr that comes close to me is Dr Chris in Jurong branch! He is also very effective in his sessions and I do feel improvement! But to me buona vista branch with Dr Justine and the staff is still best :D

I've been going to healing hands for a few months. Came here for my back pine which comes on and off due to a slip disk I suffered some years back. Finally decided to do something about it and came here. Dr. Justine gave me a good overview on what my issues were after an evaluation and X Ray was done. This was really good as it gave me a good insight into what exactly my issues were. Along the course of my treatment, it was very progressive and targeted at my problem areas along my spine. This together with stretching exercises that Dr. Justine told me to do, I progressed to recover quite well. I workout with kettlebells and for the last month I've fully regained my strength and form fully without any pain or strains. The assisting staff Anjana and Nilda were great. Always greeting me with a friendly welcome and helping me with the treatment, ensuring that I was okay in each of the procedures. I have scoliosis for years and recently there’s consistent back aches and shoulder pain from the things i do. Im only in my early 20s and I was having problems sleeping at times due to my sleep posture, resulting in stiff neck/shoulder aches. But after continuous treatments, my pain has gradually been relieved and sleeping is back to normal. Dr Qi Wei is really informative and explains clearly what’s what and helps me ease pain when I’m by myself. And yes I finally received my refund minus their S$XXX admin fees. I didn't give 5 stars as requested because the Operation Manager could have just message me without all the hassle he took to send me that email. You know what I mean. So here's the revised rating for his effort. Wish you guys could have put in that kind of effort when selecting and monitoring your Chiropractors as well as obtaining immediate feedback from your clients and take actions since the start of your corporation in 2010. Previous review:- Wish I feel better but I don't. Thousands paid, cannot refund. Said going to tell me how to manage my discomfort. Next thing, forgot totally about it. Not once, but twice.
