Very effective in relieving my chronic pain points: lower back, neck and shoulder pains. Even for ad-hoc and random pain issues, Dr Jack is able to provide solutions/advice. I feel the treatments are targeting to solve the root problem other than relieving pains, as the level and frequency of discomfort reduces over time. I’m generally uncomfortable with signing of packages due to past negative experience of drop in service level after committing to the package purchase. However even after committing to a package, a high level of service standard is maintained at this clinic for every visit. Finishing my one year package, will definitely return for further treatments though visits may be less frequent as I feel my conditions have improved significantly. I have slight bend for my spine, causing my difficult to sleep. Thanks to Dr. Jack who is very professional and experience. I have taken a 40-session package for the treatment. The treatment at each session is different and it is different for different person. Dr Jack can explain what he is doing on me at each treatment and how this treatment can heal me. I am very satisfied during the treatment. In general, there are 3 main type of treatment of a session (sequence not important): The first is "e-stamp" to relax the muscle and correct the spine bending. The second is to pull the spine of lower back (only start after ~15th session). These two are done by Joy and Z who are very kind. The third is the chiropractic by doctor. His main job is to correct the spine one by one, expand your motion range and improve the nervous feedback in the spine. He will teaching how to perform the daily posture habit. The only downside is Dr. Jack might move to other branch (Rochester mall) and you might need to change your treatment location. However, the treatment is successful.

I came to see Healing Hands and met Dr.Melanie after my wife told about their chiro session at their office. Dr.Melanie was very informative and skilful. I was amazed how she educated me about the nervous system especially the degenerating spinal column. I felt pain during my first few sessions with her and told me not to worry as that was the part of the healing process. She also gave me tips about postures and stretches when sitting for long hours.
