I brought my Dad for an appointment today and the audiologist Jella was very helpful and professional. Although the appointment was to seek replacement of the ear bud, Jella conducted several tests to ensure that my Dad is comfortable with the hearing aid. I am also grateful that THC managed to arrange this appointment when I called up yesterday. Excellent service and good job.
