⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had the most wonderful experience at Natrahea Kovan. Dr. Tom's expertise and care in chiropractic adjustments helped me find relief from my back pain, and Khairul's personalized stretching sessions greatly improved my flexibility and neck stiffness. The entire team was friendly, making every visit a pleasant one.

Have been doing chiro here for about 2 years, but just recently started stretch therapy as well which feels like what I really needed for my shoulder and neck aches. My tensed up muscles feel much more relaxed after each session, and I especially appreciate how my stretch therapist Khairul explains what he does clearly and gives me helpful advice on what I can do at home to improve my condition further.

I started off having severe frozen shoulder and backaches. After a few sessions under the treatment of chiropractor Jason and physiotherapist Cassandra, my frozen shoulder healed completely and my back aches much lesser. They are very professional, patient and customer-centric. Manager Isabelle runs the clinic very efficiently and makes all efforts to know her customers well and addresses them by name. Unlike many places, the Kovan outlet doesn’t hard sell. It’s this service attitude that has made me sign up for more packages for well-being and I am presently on my 3rd package. Worth every penny for the relief and comfort. Highly recommended.

I used to rely on panadol everyday to ease my tension headaches. After being treated with spinal & neck corrections by Dr Jason & Dr Eng, I stop having my frequent headaches & am able to sleep better. My physiotherapist also managed to "loosen" my "frozen" shoulder which affects my daily functions such as putting on clothes. Though not fully "fixed" as it takes time, my shoulder is now more mobile. With a whole set of recommended stretching & muscle strengthening exercises, I hope to regain the full use of my shoulder. The professional & friendly staff takes time to explain the treatments & packages. They took great efforts in accommodating my schedule. This is one of the best decisions I ever made. Cheers.

The staffs at the counter are very friendly and approachable! They are also flexible to suit in my schedules. Had my adjustments with Dr Jason who is very professional and detailed, and my sessions with him have helped me to ease my lower back pain and stiff neck. Jason is an exceptional chiropractor. I have managed to overcome my chest tightness under his treatment. Now I can breathe much better and my back have straightened as well. I have also noticed from the mirror that my left and right shoulder are more symmetrical now. Previously my right shoulder is higher than my left. My physiotherapist, Ryan, have done a great job, besides the therapy, he will not hesitate to offer me the advice on the correct exercises to do for my right arm mobility and on how to strengthen it. The ladies at the counter, Isabelle and Mei Xin, are helpful and friendly. Doctor Jason my chiropractor, he is extremely professional. Within weeks of visiting him, he was able to work on my back issues. Now I sleep well. As for my physician Julie, I had a sharp pain and was unable to walk. Julie was thorough with her explanation before she carry out the therapy.

I had severe neck pain due to crazy OT at year end. So I visited natural healings near my place. Thanks to Doctor Jason who patiently helped me to find out my problem and gave me advice on how to relieve the pain, It’s really amazing that the pain is gone after just a few sessions!!!! However, a gentle reminder - try not to visit during peak hours in weekends, coz you will feel a bit upset having a few minutes’ treatment after waiting for more than 20mins.

Went there years ago for over a period of 6 months. Chiro is fine and each adjustment is short. Have some improvement on my aching and pain. Not for long term as it seem more like temporary relieve and can be costy. There's always many alternative to improve with self effort. Such as doing physio exercise to strengthen muscle, stretching and etc..

Completely package but after calculating the cost, I a bit regret. It’s around $80 to $90 per session which is less than 2.5mins each session and only about 3 cracks each time. Heard from another cust that she went other outlets before and have longer session over there.
