I truly believe that Osler Health International provide an excellent and professional service from front desk through to the lovely triage nurses and the nurses who take your blood ( who are exceptionally gentle and kind) to the nurses who dispense your meds. Dr Foong Tsin Uin is an exceptional Family practitioner. She is very knowledgeable, experienced and you know that you are in the best of hands. You walk out of her consulting room knowing that you have been heard and confident that you have been given the best treatment. Dr Foong has been my GP (and my spouse’s) for over 10 years. I would strongly recommend Dr Foong as your to go to Family Practitioner for all your family needs!

Osler Health is wonderful. The staff here are knowledgeable, friendly, helpful and kind. The doctors take the time to listen to you fully and do not rush appointments and they are highly educated and go by the latest in scientific studies. I know that I’m receiving excellent care here and that is such a good feeling when living abroad, so far away from my home country. I wouldn’t go anywhere else in Singapore. In fact, when I leave Singapore eventually, I will really miss Osler Health. They are truly a very special clinic.

Osler came highly recommended to me and every experience has been great. I have had medical consultations and procedures for myself, as well as 'well visits' and vaccines for my young son. Each time the process is easy, efficient and handled with care. The doctors and staff are all extremely communicative, helpful and pleasant to engage. Beyond this, and worth mentioning, is the location of Raffles Arcade makes for a lovely backdrop while the offices themselves are spa like adding even more to the comfort of the experience.

I can't say enough great things about the entire Osler Health Team at Raffles. They have been our epi-centre for everything family health for 2 years while living in Singapore, and I've not once been disappointed. From Louise on the front desk (warm, efficient, accommodating) to the patience of the nurses (especially when kids need vaccinations), and most especially the deep care, thoroughness, professionalism and referal network of the Doctors. If I could take this team with me wherever I lived in the world, I would! Thank you to you all for the calm environment and outstanding service always.

My friend highly recommended Dr.Qureshi, and she is truly amazing! I felt really comfortable speaking to her about my symptoms, and she is very friendly and professional. She explained what could have caused my symptoms and helped finding the suitable medications. Will definitely see her again.

Doctor Peter was fantastic. The approach of a family doctor is very appealing, while a specialist might be involved your primary care doctor will always be your point of contact so your health needs can be considered as a whole. The reception team is amazing! They made everything so easy and they are incredibly friendly. This was the best medical experience I have had in Singapore! Looking forward to more to come.

What a phenomenal clinic - everything from the reception, to the “weigh-in/blood pressure” process and then the incredible medical professionals, is superb. My doctor is Dr Tash and I can’t offer enough praise. I have also seen Dr Peter when I was in the midst of influenza A, and his swift diagnosis and fast response made my experience far more manageable. Osler Health is a great place with awesome service and staff. The reception and nurses are all very friendly, warm and helpful with getting you sorted out. Dr Foong is awesome! She always spends time to explain and make you understand what is going on, which helps a lot to ease your mind. She is a family favorite! Always a good experience visiting them for whatever reason be it checkup, tests, vaccinations, sickness, etc. 5 Stars service!

We have been seeing Dr Foong since the birth of my now 2yo, and continuing as our family doctor with our newborn baby. I feel like we are in the best hands with Dr Foong, she is so respectful, professional and caring. Both our kids love her mannerisms with them and she is so thorough in explaining everything especially when we were first time parents. We have also occasionally seen Dr Tash who is also amazing. We never have to wait longer than 5 minutes for our appointment, the reception and nurse staff are the friendliest people I’ve ever met and the clinic is beautiful & clean. Cannot recommend highly enough.

This is a practice that truly lives up to its positioning as a family GP clinic. The doctors are not just good at their practice and up to date, but are superb in their interaction with patients, explaining things clearly and patiently when asked which really reduces the potential stress of a medical consultation or course of treatment. Accessibily to the doctor via email (with prompt responses!) is a huge plus. All of this supported by an impeccable set up in the clinic, great nursing and front desk staff. Couldn’t recommend them highly enough.

The only doctors surgery I’ve ever felt comfortable going to. Dr. Tash and Dr. Aallya really listen to your concerns and take time to get to know you before making any recommendations. If you don’t want a suitcase full of unnecessary meds and a timed 5 min consultation, please come here!

Amazing experience at Osler. Easy to access, centrally located, plenty of parking and within walking distance of the MRT. Minimal wait time, and professional service. This is an excellent practice. Usually when I book appointments with doctors they are running well behind time. This is never the case here. Efficient and effective, the medical practitioners are suppported by a first class admin team who ensure effective patient scheduling and practice management. Louise has always been especially helpful in times of pressure during covid and dealing with various MOH & ICA requirements. She is professional, informative and knowledgeable. The entire patient experience is commendable. Highly recommend. Thank you Osler!
