Mr Redzuan explained to me and my team from Little Muslim Readers (LMR) in details during our onboarding with Neu Entity. He shared with us about what they offer, showed us their portfolios so we get the idea of what we want for our company. He get to know more about our company and he advised accordingly to our needs and budget. We proceed with revamping our LMR Website, our company's vision & mission and uplifting our social media marketing from June to December 2023. We love how detailed and structured the plannings and the proposals they did for us along the way. By the 6th month that we engaged them, Ms Nazella shared with us the difference amount of traffic/audiences in our Instagram accounts (@lmredustore & @lmreducation) from the day we onboard with Neu Entity until the last day of our contract. Our website are also well revamped and we truly love the new look! Mr Redzuan, Mr Ferdaus & Ms Nazella had done a wonderful job in assisting us for the past 6 months. So I am in this media business (photo+video and now live streaming after covid period), full time for the past 11 years. So much "pain points" handling this business that usual people often overlook, or even when explained, they can't understand why we charge certain amount, or decide the way we do things. Even most "experienced" business owner (of another trade) thought they may want to help give me some advise, I often turn them down these days, as I don't expect most to understand. But I met up with Imran (from Neu Entity) after he seems so sincere about helping. I have been been seeing how he express his ideas on social media passionately, and it seems that he has been helping much businesses with their planning, so he can understand my problems fast. He have this #Magical5Step method to segregate the issues into more digestible parts, so that business owners have a "better" chance at pinpointing the issues. He gave very good recommendations and reminders about using the simplest way to improve our work processes, with minimal effort to change or add in minor tweaks, so that's definitely very do-able. Many people, often get stuck as it may be too much effort to make big changes, but he knows how to be flexible and have ideas on hand to customise improvements. At first, I thought he is just another social media marketing guy, but he's definitely more than that. An idea generator/digestor. Also, he's a hard worker, and also a very intelligent one. Not everyone will be able to understand the words he says, as he must have thought through much more before reducing it to those words he decides to say it out. If you are also a #ThinkerMaterial and met up with mental blocks, he's most probably the booster that will help you unblock certain things.
