I had difficulties searching for a front load washing machine to replace my brokendown machine because of the existing compartment sizes. I tried many appliances outlets and eventually settled for one from Asia Excel. Steven was helpful and responsive. The staff at Asia Excel were also helpful, patient, responsive and polite. Their delivery staff were also helpful and patient. The installation was done very fast and smoothly. They also helped to dispose of my existing machine without extra charge. I would recommend to purchase any appliances from Asia Excel

Bought the Toshiba water heater from Asia Excel at shopee app. Fast delivery, great product. Hopefully this will last longer than my Champs Legend. Disappointed with Champs. Still under 5 year warranty but still want to charge me $60 to come down and verify and even if it is the heating element issue, the $60 is gone. Shabby business. Never will buy Champs product again.

1st time inquired about the different types of washer and dryer via carousel. Not sure who attended to my request, the service was TIP TOP! The sales person was very patient handling all my inquiries and recommended a suitable package within my budget. We discussed and decided to purchase from them. Chatted with Asia Excel on shoppee.. the reply response was very fast. As mine is the replacement of hob and hood.. they have requested photos and have given me clear instruction on what to provide them and given me several recommendations. We went down to their showroom at IMM thr next day to see the actual model. The sales guy was also very patient and knowledge and helped us to clarify with the installer if there is any installation issues. We placed order that very same day(Sat). Installer wad actually arranged to come on Tues but he came one day earlier and did the job within 1 hr and even checked that our gas pipe is bloated n change it for us. I 've purchased a kitchen chimney hood online via Lazada. I've received quite prompt replies via chat from the very start till the end. The friendly sales person named Ray from Asia Excel Pte Ltd was very helpful with my queries. Item arrived two days after purchased. A slight glitch happened, where the agent sent wronged item, yet upon notified to Ray, he managed to rectify swiftly, and item exchanged the next day. The same delivery man sent the right item, and made the exchange. He was also very nice. I am a very satisfied customer, definitely a come back, thank you for the positive experience!

Bought Elba Cooker Hob and Cooker Hood. Very Happy with the service. I messaged via Lazada messenger to few companies on wee hours on Sunday and to my surprise, Asia Excel is the only one who replied me on Sunday morning. They were quick to response to my queries. But since I prefer to talk to actual person before making purchase, I went down to their IMM branch. The staffs there were attentive and friendly. I was attended by Manfred. He patiently explained and answered my queries. Those questions he not sure, he quickly made phone calls... which I appreciate so that there will not be mis com. He even help to call the installer to check what are the possible additional charges I may incur during installation. Eventhough the price slightly more than another shop I went to a few days earlier, the service rendered make up for the price difference.

Prices here are very good and competitive, with free delivery and disposal compared to the big names! The team at Asia Excel was very prompt in replying to my queries about the dimensions of fridges that will fit my kitchen space (they sent me some recommendations from their catalog). The water heater i bought from Asia Excel kept tripping and I had problems claiming warranty from the Agent company (which I shall not name) due to their strict policy of going by the Purchase Date instead of Delivery Date. Customer Service from Asia Excel was prompt and very helpful to resolve the issue and in the end I managed to go ahead with repairs under the warranty period.

Washing machine broke down during CB locked down. Need a replacement. Ordered a new washing machinefrom them on a Thursday and they say could only deliver on Monday as Friday was 1st May public holiday. They called me back and say they could deliver earlier on Sat. Got a rinnai built-in oven rbo-7mso from them through qoo10 on 20th dec 2020. Delivery on 29th dec 2020 due to overwhelming orders. Asked a few questions before purchasing, replies were quite prompt. However after purchasing, replies were super slow as I faced some problems with the oven - rattling sound coming out from oven, up/down heating with or without fan, just at first usage! Had to seeked help from them via Lazada and writing a review here in order to get a reply. Their representative, Richmond whatsapp-ed personally: 'Qoo10 will tag the Q&A as “completed” if we reply, hence we are unable to give Rinnai’s answer if we were to reply before Rinnai came back to us.' Personally prefer an acknowledgement via a phone call or text of the actions taken after my question rather than making me wait for a reply. Nevertheless, still appreciate the help rendered by helping to contact the Rinnai's manager, Cheryl. Rinnai's technician came on 19th Jan and notify me that the motor fan is faulty. I wouldn't recommend Rinnai oven to anyone, or at least buy from a retailer that offers extended warranty (rinnai only offers 1 year warranty).

Purchased Brandt ovens from Asia Excel@Lazada. The customer service is excellent in the sense that they arranged the delivery date that fit into my schedule and sent me the soft-copies of invoice to complete my warranty registration.

Visited IMM to replace our spoilt ceramic hob, Asia Excel was the only shop who could offer a solution to our problem of a different sized cutout.
