My husband and I met the salesperson, Jerry at the Roadshow for Best Denki Ngee Ann City. We actually asked him our opinion on TVs that we paid deposit in another departmental store. For some reason the NAC Best Denki store is my go-to for emergencies that crop up. This time, I bought a Europace floor fan from Best Denki but the design of the remote control was so bad that the battery slot couldn't be opened for battery insertion, so I was here the very next day to ask for help. Kelvin (or Calvin?) and his colleagues spent a good half an hour or so to find a fix that was not obvious at all. Thanks again.

I had a very great experience on many aspects. Not smooth sailing , but the support that was given to me, makes it all great again. I wish to sing praises to Jackson (manager), Bobby and his team. I bought all my appliances from him. Got it arranged and delivered all without any hicups. Always contactable and always friendly. My washer however, the installer didn't place the pipe properly and something wrong happened. I had an emergency, because I needed to wash my clothes. Within 3hrs he came with his colleague to my place to rectify all the issues. I wished every shop has this kind of service. Everyone will make mistakes, but when you step up to solve the issue, this is better then a pretentious good service with no support. 👍🏿 Super 100% thumps up. Keep up the great work!👍🏿

All thanks to your Mr Xavier Lim, Miele promoter at your store in Taka. On 30 March 2023 we walked into Best Denki Taka looking to purchase a new clothes washer to replace our old spoilt machine. We looked at several brands but not impressed with their Washers and Sales Reps. When we walked to the Miele counter we were greeted cheerfully by Xavier Lim. He explained the operations and features of the miele dryer with such in-depth knowledge. He was even so patient as he answered many quick questions from two Seniors. Though the Miele Washer was not cheap, we finally decided to go ahead and purchase the bundle offer which comes with a Dryer. We are happy with both machines and definitely pleased with Mr Xavier's excellent customer service. In our opinion, Xavier deserves a 5- Star rating.
