Nice service from one old uncle as my lan cable was damaged need a urgent replace as forgotten how long it was. I bring the old cable down to the store to help measure *if can* so i appoach the old uncle for help. To my surprise he is willing to help me measure * extra miles in service* ended up i brought a new cable from the old uncle very nice service. Respect you uncle you have a passion for sales. Very good service from the old uncle.

End of May 2022, I was looking to get a powerbank that I could use overseas with my parents. A friendly well-informed salesman uncle (forgot his surname) helped me choose a suitable powerbank. I saw a 20000mAh Valore power bank but was concerned about the weight. He suggested that price point and weight wise I could consider getting 2x 10000mAh one for myself and one for my parents. As I was decided on getting the powerbanks, he also let me test the power banks on my phone to confirm they could work. He helped me with my membership renewal and did not rush for payment. He advised me to take photo of receipt for warranty and not to check in the powerbanks on board the plane. Overall, it was very genuine service and a pleasant experience. At other outlets and electronic stores, the sales staff wouldn't bother to give such service. If I need to buy more devices or gadgets, I'll definitely return to this outlet and look for the sales uncle.

Experience at challenger in Kitchener road is fairly better than what I have seen in other locations. They try to advise to the best of their knowledge and will help. They are no so attentive in each row but will definitely guide you when you go and ask in the main counter which is good when compared to other places. The staff know what they have also suggest what will suit you the best. Overall you get a good experience and support during your visit to this place.
