Challenger's good for electronics stuff, so I went there when I was looking for a phone. They have a slew of phones for trial, which is helpful. The mobile phone section is just inside of the entrance.

I was in the store on Wednesday, May 24 to buy a laptop. Jovis Liew Yan Jun was outstanding in helping me. He was very patient in explaining to me the different laptops that meet my criteria. He took time to understand what I need in my laptop and gave me very good advice in my final decision. I am very happy with my purchase and am very appreciative of his help and excellent customer service. In addition, I found out that he is an intern at the store as part of his studies. The store is very fortunate to have such a great intern working there. Thank you!

Bought an Odyssey Neo G9 from salesman Lai. Lai was prompt and polite. He kept me posted all the time about the delivery time and tried his best to match my time. But the monitor was faulty (Thanks to Samsung QC team), but Lai immediately reaplaced me a new one. And all this was done within a day. One of the best sales service I had ever have.

Today, i just went back to this branch after a disappointing purchase of a pair of Klipsch earphones which lasted me less than a day. I requested for a one for one exchange with a top up of 100 dollars for a new pair of earphones from Marshall. I have to say that i was really pleased with my experience with one of the employees named "Jerome" i believe? I may have spelt his name wrongly but he's the one who recently ORD from NS. He was very patient with me in explaining the difference between the Marshall earphones and the Airpod Pros i was initially planning to buy, even tossing in his own experiences to help with my decision. He was a very friendly and personable staff member who also explained to me the benefits of becoming a Valueclub member, again telling me about the different items one can redeem from such a subscription. I rlly enjoyed this experience and hope maybe yall can give him a raise or something cos i really think he deserves it.

I came here to buy a Samsung watch and was served by Xavan. He was most pleasant and cheerful, and was very knowledgeable about the Samsung products. He gave some good suggestions on the model that I had in mind. After the purchase, he tried very hard to connect the watch to my phone, but was not successful. He contacted his support group and after several to and fro, and with a lot of patience, he still could not connect. I realised I have a problem with my phone and needed to get a new one. I came back on another day after getting the new phone and he cheerfully and successfully connected the watch to my phone. He also patiently explained the various functions of the watch. He provided excellent service and is a great asset to the store. Well done, Xavan, and keep up the good work!

This is one of the nicest Shopping malls that I have visited. It has pretty much everything one needs from apparels, to jewelry, to kitchen items, gardening stuff, school stuff...you name it and plenty of good eateries to have a bite..typical Singaporean mall

Lousy service at cashier. Never propose automatically to members whether they want to use cash back credit in account. First time that has happened at Challenger. Other service staff were helpful in directing me to where I can find what I wanted to buy. Testing of night light was also well done at customer service.

Gonna review more on my purchase than the service. Was looking for a light weighted laptop for school assignments, so the sales person recommended me on Acer Swift 1. Good deal, price is good (less than $500) for a decent model. Had been using it for a month, so far still pretty good. Pros: lightweight, ideal for light-duty workload Cons: volume kinda soft, finger print sensor dosen’t work really well after a few rounds (unless you keep resetting your fingerprint) Overall is a good buy 👍🏻 Students (non gamers), should get it for your school projects and assignments :) think it’s perfect for working adults using server base work related stuff too.

Not bad a place. The staff will help when you approach them and you can practically find what you want in a small store. But Challenger as a whole has that problem where you can find unnecessary items like fruit peelers in an electronic store. Kinda wished it stayed as an electronic store and started selling more stuff like Motherboards and GPUs and stuff.

Helpful staff and promoters there... Well at least the times I went there. The amount of stuff u need can be found there vary from time to time. Like full size displayport to 4k HDMI, one week you can see like 2 brands and dozens on the rack next week you see more brand but no stock at all. The good thing with the big signs top of the racks and shelves indicate to find what u might need. They're just short of 1 sign ~ "Look up for directions". It's a mystery every now and then how the layout in the back has changed or there's new/bargain stuff in a corner somewhere.

I have bought a couple of notebook computers and portable hard disks in the NEX Challenger outlet in the last five years. The staff are very helpful and knowledgeable. I particularly would like to commend Mr Sean who is the most friendly, approachable of all the staff and always carrying a smile. He tries his very best to provide customer satisfaction and also a win-win situation for both the company and the customer. Would definitely seek his help when buying the next computer. Great selection of consumer electronics here and the sales staff are quick to help you choose what you want to buy. Prices here are OK with their 10% members' discount but really can't compete with the online market.

If you stay in the east area, this is one of the best outlets to purchase IT stuff as there are a variety of IT gadgets to choose from.

Your typical Challenger store. As a Challenger long term customer and loyalty card member, again feel that selection of products could be expanded. Most consumer to Challenger are not interested in the rebranded low end china knockoffs which we can just buy online.
